She is a beautiful and accomplished marine biologist with a mysterious past. She could barely remember anything of her childhood, her earliest memories being about the cruise ship called Paradise and being adopted by Captain Matthews of the US Navy. Eventually, memories of her mother and her early youth return to her, but only after she learns of her true nature. She spends much of her time at the beach surfing and swimming, pursuing a passion for them. When her professional swimming career ended abruptly, she turned to biology to continue exploring the vast world of the ocean. Eventually, Aspen discovers that she has fantastical aquatic powers, as she is descended from a mysterious race of humanoids called the Blue. Her passion for swimming and diving was more than just a hobby - it was her heritage.
Powers and Abilities: ● Hydrokinesis: Like all Blue, she can manipulate water, but since she is also a Black she can do this to a much greater degree than other Blues.
● Water Breathing: Like all Blues and Blacks, she is able to breathe on land and while submerged in water due to special lungs. She can also talk unhindered while completely submerged.
● Tsunamis: She can instantly form tsunamis without even thinking about it.
● Stormy Ocean: She can make the ocean even more destructive by combining it with storms.
● Liquid Construct Creation: She can form water into solid shapes or even make it sturdy enough to walk on.
● Liquid Manipulation: She can control all liquids, except Mercury, allowing her to even change the flow of blood in someone's body or rip it out of to kill them.
● Body Transmutation: She can change her physical body into water, letting it disperse and being able to pull herself back together.
● Healing Factor: As a Black, she is capable of healing wounds (even fatal ones) in a matter of minutes.
● Energy Control: She is capable of controlling energy
● Energy Blasts: She is also capable of shooting blasts of energy from her hands
● Energy Body: She has capacity of becoming energy herself ● Water-Energy Body: She has been shown to have had her destroyed and to remake it out of energy and water
● Ice Control: She also has the potential for massive amounts of ice control
● Limited Telepathy: She also has telepathy, but she's only used it with the Blacks, who are telepaths themselves.
