The lights flipped on and blinded her, she groaned and buried her head further into the pillows that were on the new bed. She could hear one of the boys chuckled and she was tempted to flip him off. She carefully rolled onto her side to see Henry, who was still wearing plaid pajama pants and a ribbed white tank top. "What time is it...?" She asked sleepily as she looked up at him, then she thought about how she didn't know how she got to this room. She sat up quickly and looked around, it looked like her old room... It had light grey walls, a black dresser, a two shelf bookshelf, and a full size bed with a fuzzy blanket spread over her legs... She looked back at him.

"6:30 AM" He stated plainly. Jessie shook her head and looked down at herself she was still wearing her outfit from yesterday. Henry smiled and watched her. She then peered over her shoulder and cursed softly under her breath.

"Damn it..." She said as she saw a pair of pristine white wings on her upper back.

"What... are you okay?" Henry worriedly asked her.

"Yea I'm fine... I was just hoping this was all just a dream..." She said softly, she then looked back at him. "Why are you waking me up this early..?" She asked.

"Because we are all heading down for breakfast and thought you'd probably want some." He said before walking out. She rolled her eyes and crawled out of bed and looked over at the dresser hoping for a change of clothes. She dug through finding similar clothes to her own back at home. She changed into a work out tank top and another pair of leggings. She looked around for shoes and saw a pair of tennis shoes and a socks by the door. She walked over and picked them up, before going to the bed and sitting down on the edge to tie the shoes. She stood up and walked out, closing her door behind her. She looked around for the boys... not seeing them she then heard the sound of air rushing above her she looked up to see Jake, Henry, and Jonathan messing around. She felt someone pick her up and lift her off the ground, she grabbed at the hands holding her and a tiny squeak left her mouth. She heard the guys laugh from above, and she looked behind her.

"Come on... put her down Luke" She heard Jake say from above her. She then felt her feet come in contact with the ground and he let go of her.

"Don't pick me up..." She said sternly. Luke chuckled.

"But freckles... you're so tiny..." She hit him in the chest and could hear the rest of the boys above laughing. Jake landed behind her and patted her on the shoulder.

"Remind me never to pick you up." Henry said as he sat on the couch.

"I carried you to your room..."He teased and she rolled her eyes and looked up at him.

"It's too early to be picking me up." She said before turning to Jake.

"How do you do that?" She asked changing the topic. Luke and Jake laughed.

"What..?" She asked.

"Well first you need to actually move your wings... Just stretch them out to start with." Jake suggested. She nodded as she looked at her back and worked on stretching them. She thought about it and what she would need to move... It took her a bit but she eventually got them to stretch out and spread. They were bigger than she imagined, she had a smaller wingspan than the others mostly because she was smaller than them and so instead of a 6 foot wingspan hers was about 5 feet. She smiled and stared back at them. She heard the guys congratulate her but she wasn't quite listening. She was mesmerized with her new wings. She finally looked back at the guys and smiled happily for the first time in the past two days.

"You ready for the next step?" Luke asked. She nodded.

"Yea." She said as she waited, Luke turned to face away from her and she watched.
