Vux's help and horrible thoughts

Vux's POV....
I teleported into the commander's base and dragged the old inkling into a prison cell. I activated the sleeping gas in there as he knocked out. Disk suddenly appeared behind me.

Disk:Hey, The commander wants to see you now.

Vux:Oh, alright disky!

I walked across the hall to the commander's office as I opened the door. The commander gave me a disgusted looked. I sat down and sighed as I knew what that face meant.

Vux:Look commander I'm sorry i did my-

Commander :*slaps vux*WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!! IT WAS A SIMPLE MISSION!! GO TO THE PLACE, STEAL FROST, AND THEN-

I rubbed my face as I jolted out of my chair.

Vux:LOOK COMMANDER I MADE A DEAL WITH THAT INK STAIN OF A INKLING!!! I PROMISED HER FRIEND BACK FOR HER BLOOD!! SO DONT SLAP ME AGAIN YOU BIT-

I stopped saying anything before I called the commander anything else.I couldn't call her anything bad. The last time I did, I regretted it a lot. My thoughts weren't straight, I felt useless and I thought I didn't deserve to be alive for it. She has given me everything I wanted, so I couldn't call her anything bad. I took a deep breath to calm me down as I sighed.she chuckled at me as she patted my back.

Commander:it's fine, as long as we will get that blood. But as I know her, she is probably gonna give us a decoy one. But for that case I made a special scanner. It makes sure it has what we are looking for in the blood.

Vux :*still lost in thoughts about himself*....yeah..... Good..... Cool...

The commander just sighed and shook her head at me.

Commander:go take a break for awhile, maybe talk to Disk.Make sure his hypnochip is still attached. Also make sure the wires are still stuck in his arms and spine.

I nodded as he walked out of the small office. Disk was sitting down messing with a few empty test tubes. I walked up to him as I asked him to lay on his back.

Disk:Um... Okay??

Vux:The commander asked me to do this alright.

Disk:Alright. If the commander asked you to I will oblige.

He laid down on the empty table as I lifted one of his tenticals up. I checked the small chip as it blink a greenish light. I made sure it's claw like grips were still intact and stuck in his head. I examined the wires next making sure they were still in. The commander added them on him so she can control him at some points. I never understood why, only because she never did it with me. She never did anything that good with me.

Vux:Alright everything is good!! You can go now!

Disk:Alright, I'm going to go and head to rest. What about you.

Vux:I'm going to go outside for a bit. I'll be there in a few though.

Disk:Alright, see you in abit.

Disk walked off as I went outside. I laid down on the cool grass and gazed at the stars. I still felt BaD and useless for what I almost called her. I felt something weird run down my face. I tool off my mask as I felt.... Tears!?!?! I was crying!?!? Why was I crying!?!?! I quickly put my mask back on as I slowly calmed myself. Was I really feeling that bad and sad about that?

Vux:Maybe.... The commander really never wanted me in the first place.... No.... What am I saying.... *stares into the moon*she enjoys me!!! And she enjoys me back!!!...... Hopefully....

I smiled happily ,even though I deeply hurted, yet I heard something strange.

???:She doesn't want you Vux....

???:you are worthless....

I began to panic and pulled my carbon roller out.

Vux:WHO ARE YOU!!! REVEAL YOURSELF!!

???:How can you see what you think vux?? You can't hide from the truth Vux, she is just waiting for the right time to loose you!!

???:She HATES you vux!!! You are worthless, it's a surprise you are even still alive with HER!!

vux:*shaking *N-no.....you are lying to me!! You are just horrible thoughts!!! G-get out of my head!!

Whatever they were repeated their sentences as I felt those tears run through my face.

???:See how weak you are!! You can't even handle your own thoughts!!! How pitiful...

???:No wodner the commander wants you gone!!! She rather get rid of you by herself!!

I began to shake my head no as I ran back to the lab. Suddenly the commander appeared in front of me as the voices stopped.

Commander :Oh hey vux, I was getting worried. I thought you got yourself in a bad place. I was about to go and see if you were alright. Anyway go and get some rest alright??

Vux :*gasping and shaking *ALRIGHT!!

she walked back to her room as I walked to mine and Disk's. Disk was sound asleep as I climbed to the top bunk. I laid my head on the pillow as I wrapped myself in my blanket. As I closed my eyes I heard one of the voices say something.

???:Why are you even here if you are such a MONSTER!!

I couldn't shake that off, was I really a monster??? Suddenly I realized what it meant. I tried to think of something else but I couldn't sleep. I just laid there in my bed as the word repeated In my mind..

...monster..

I was holding my head and shaking as I began to rethink everything. Was everything I am doing bad??? Am I a bad guy??? I stayed up until 4:00am as I tried to reassure myself about My sanity. As I drifted off to sleep, I smirked and spoke aloud to myself.

Vux:If I am a monster, then I better make sure I stay one!!

I fell asleep and my sanity was restored, if you can even call that sanity.
