The past 23 days have consisted of you visiting Daniel, texting daniel, and calling daniel. Not an unhealthy amount, but every now and then. It was the start of a new relationship and you both really liked each other. Daniel was the type of guy you pictured yourself with.

Everything was perfect about him, except for the fact he was famous and that meant your relationship would get some hate. You didn't mind it though, most fans were happy for Daniel and you.

Daniel tweeted about your relationship and that's what confirmed the relationship to the fandom.

Only a few of your friends know about Daniel. You're a barista at Starbucks and all of your close friends you met through working there. You told the few of them and they were really cool about it. They didn't go telling a bunch of others.
(a/n: y/n is 19 and in college. Starbucks is a part-time job to make money).

You also have had a vlog channel on youtube that you started 2 years ago. You had a small subscriber count before but now your channel was growing and you were posting vlogs every other week. You didn't commit too much time to it but you liked to share your travels and events.

Christmas Eve night

It is your 2nd year of college and you decided to stay at your parents house. Your college is only 20 minutes away from their house but you wanted to experience dorm living your freshman year of college.

Your older brother Derek is visiting with his wife and their twin boys. They are staying at the house with you all for the holidays.

You, Derek, and your mother make Christmas cookies for the morning and then you head to your room to go to bed.

It is 12am. You get a text from Daniel.

Daniel: you should come over to my house after you open presents with your family. you can watch us preform at the disney christmas parade

Y/n: is that the one at animal kingdom?

Daniel: yepper

Y/n: alright it depends, will anna be there?

Daniel: when your girlfriend loves your sister more than you

Y/n: IM KIDDING DANIEL I LOVE YOU

Y/n: but I love anna too and I wanna see her again lol

Daniel: please come, my family would love to see you again, and I wanna see you too 😭😭😭😭

Y/n: i'll come i'll come, but it might be later like around 10:30am because my nephews take hours to open their presents

Daniel: THATS LATE????

Y/n: they're 5 years old, they wake up at like 5am on christmas

Daniel: yea I guess I did that too when I was younger

Y/n: are you sure your family would be fine with me coming even though it's christmas?
