Laxus and you have always butted heads since you were kids battling for S-Class, you getting it the year after him which didn't ease the teasing. When Freed kisses you, you were surprised to see Laxus jealous. Considering how much you thought the mage loathed you.

"May I have this dance," Freed says extending his hand to me. Peering over him to see several couples like Natsu and Lucy, along with Elfman and Evergreen, you decide to join in despite not having bubbling feelings for the green-haired male.

"I love this song," I say as Freed interlacing his fingers with mine. I giggled as I place the other on his shoulder.

"You're a beautiful dancer Y/N." Freed whispers mid-song. "T-thank you," I say nervously as he pulls me in. I stare behind Freed to see Laxus staring daggers at my dance partner. A guilty feeling hits me as we lock eyes, all of a sudden I start feeling uncomfortable in the arms of the Letter Magic Mage.

"Freed-" I say quietly, Freed slowly looks at me and before I know or his lips are sealed onto mine, before I can react I watch as Laxus storms out the guildhall.

"Freed!" I yell pushing him off me to the ground. "I don't like you like that," I say distastefully. "But you danced with me?" he says hurt. "I'm sorry," I say walking out the guild.

Before I know it I'm pushed up against the brick walls of the guild with laxus's knee in between my legs hands on either side of me. "L-Laxus." I stutter making him smirk. I've never felt like this before, never so helpless around him.
