8. Camila's birthday part 2.

I lead Camila through the front door of her house. "Surprise!" everyone screams. Camila takes off the material over her eyes. "Guys no, you didn't have to do this!" she says and hugs everyone around her. "Thank you everyone" she says. "You should be thanking me, I did most of the work" Dinah jokes loudly. "Dinah Jane!" Dinah's mother scolds her. She shrugs. "That's a lie, you didn't do anything, you were throwing orders at everyone" Normani says. "I completely forgot..." Dinah says. "Forgot what?" Normani asks. "To ask for your opinion" Dinah says and flips her hair. "Burn!" Ally laughs and claps her hands. I spend some time with the girls while Camila mingles.  

Then Sinu enters the living room a while later. She carries a chocolate cake with bright burning candles. "Happy birthday to you..." she sings. You can clearly hear her strong Cuban accent coming through. Everybody chimes in while Camila catches Sofi who jumps on her. "...dear Camila. Happy birthday to you" the song ends. Camila blows out the candles and everyone applauds. She swipes her finger in some frosting and puts in on Sofi's nose. "Nooo" Sofi groans. I smile ear to ear with adoration. "Can we swim now?" Sofi asks making everyone laugh. The little one tugs on Camila's shirt again. "Why are they laughing?" she whispers.   

Everyone goes outside. The grownups chat amongst themselves. The children run around on the grass, my sister also. The girls sit around the pool when I step outside in my swimsuit, they're already dressed, it's only Camila that's still missing. I stand near the edge of the swimming pool looking around for Camila. Just as I turn around Camila stands there in her bikini. She smirks. Oh no. The next thing I know I'm under water. Then someone jumps in next to me. It's like slow motion. I see Camila enter the water, her eyes closed under the water, bubbles everywhere. I make out her black bikini and her tanned skin. Then her head disappears above the water and I do the same. I take a big breath. I hear laughter, turns out the girls thought it was funny.   

Later it starts getting a bit quiet, most of the people left by now, my family too since I'm staying over. Dinah and Normani left too, Ally wanted to help clean up. With Camila's parents inside and Sofi fast asleep in her room, the three of us sit outside on the grass. "Thank you guys" Camila says. I smile in return. "Happy birthday again Camila" Ally says. "Ally, you said that like 17 times tonight" I laugh. "Don't forget the texts" Camila laughs. "Oh no, Camren is teaming up against me and my love for birthdays" Ally jokes. I look at Camila. She looks confused. "Who's Camren?" Camila asks. "You guys. Dinah made it up" Ally says. "Oh, I see" Camila says. "I'm happy for you two. Y'all were taking so long" Ally says. Camila and I look at each other but say nothing. I stand up and go over to the pool again. Camila follows, Ally smiles at us. I dip my toe in and take it out again. Why don't I push Camila in? She's standing there just looking at the water. I walk closer and push her but she stays standing. I'm trying to push her in, she's trying to push me in, it's just going nowhere. We laugh but then I feel us falling. We hit the water and when we come back up a chuckling Ally stands where we first were. "Goodbye girls!" Ally walks inside. "Bye!" we yell at the same time. Camila puts her arms around my neck. "So... My present?" she says and leans in. We kiss. "It's in the house" I say. She pouts. "But... for now" I say and close the distance again. "They'll see us" she whispers. "Later then" I say. We dry off and head inside.

"Now?" she says. "Yes, you can have your present now. Wait here" I say. I head into the kitchen where I know Sinu is.    

A few minutes later I approach the couch where Camila is seated. "Camz?" I say. She looks over shoulder. I stand there with a small black kitten in a furry blanket. She gasps and jumps over the couch. She takes him from me gently. "Lauren..." she says. She sits back on the couch with me next to her. "What will you name it mija?" Sinu asks. "Yoyo" she smiles stroking the little sleeping kitten's soft black fur. "Yoyo?" I ask. "Yes. I like it" she says. Sinu puts a box in front of her. "Your present from me. Happy birthday mija" Sinu kisses Camila's forehead. She places Yoyo in my lap and takes the big box. Inside is toys for Yoyo. A cat bed, food bowls and food. Even two outfits. A red little sweater and a blue one with bananas on it. It won't fit him now but it will when he gets older. She takes out the little green collar with a bell. "It's so cute. He'll definitely wear this" Camila says. The small kitten starts to purr the more I pet him. "He's adorable Lolo. Hey, that rhymes with Yoyo. He'll be like my other you, to keep my company when you're not here. See he has green eyes too" she says noticing his eyes are open now. I smile. "That's cute" I say. We take him upstairs where Sinu has already set his litter box up and everything. Camila picks out a spot for his bed. I place him inside, already fast asleep again. Cats, am I right?

"Thank you Lauren" Camila hugs me tightly. "Camz, your gonna break my ribs" I laugh. "No I won't, and if I do I'll take care of you" she whispers into my neck. She takes a step back and looks me up and down. "Have I told you how good you look in that bikini?" she says biting her lip. "You're one to talk" I say. "Let's take a shower" Camila says. "Together?" I ask nervously. "Yeah, we've seen each other naked before anyway" Camila says grabbing some pajamas. "O- okay" I stutter. We get undressed in the bathroom and Camila turns the tap on. She puts an arm under the water. "Hot hot Hot!" she says shaking her arm. Then she turn the tap again and sticks her arm in again. "Cold cold cold!" she says. I laugh. Oh Camila. Then she adjusts it again. "Ahhh, that's nice" she says. I try to not look at her body but... Fuck it. She looks amazing. "Are you going to join me or just stand there all pretty?" she asks. "Pretty huh?" I smirk making her blush. I step into the shower with her. She smiles at me. "You're so cute Camz" I say. "Now stand under the stream so I can wash your hair." She does as she is told and I massage her scalp with the shampoo. I can't help myself from looking down at her full rounded butt. She does the same for me and we finish our shower. I admit watching Camila get dressed was extremely sexy.

When we finish up we cuddle on the bed until I can hear Camila's soft snores. I close my eyes and let sleep take over my body.
