"Mira-chan, three beers over this way, if you please!" Shouted a man.
"Coming!" Shouted Mirajane.
"Come on go out on a date with me Mira-chan~" said Wakaba
"Don't start with this again! Shouted Laki, the purple haired girl.
"But dear..." Mirajane said and transformed into a fat lady.
"You have a wife, don't you..." She continued.
"Please stop that Mira-chan!" Wakaba Shouted.
"One of these days I'd like to drink in peace..." Complained Cana.
"You drink too much" said Macao.
"I've got to do some job sooner or later!" Groaned Natsu.
"Aye, we are running out of food money" said Happy munching on a fish.
"Man, I wish we had that 2,000,000 jewels right now, now that I think about it, I'm not going to make my rent for next month" said Lucy.
"You can borrow some of my money then pay me back later Lucy, I have more than enough" said Hana.
"No its okay Hana-San, I don't need it" Lucy politely declined waving her hands
"Okay" said Hana.
"I'll just have to do a job!" Lucy says putting her hands on her hips
Lucy went over to the notice board and started searching.
"Look for the bracelet of magic..., dispel the magic on this cursed cane...., Fortune telling using astrology...., A monster hunt on a volcano!!, There sure are a lot of things wizards are requested to do..." She whispered to herself.
"If one suits your fancy, just tell me. Master is off at the regular meeting." said Mirajane.
"Regular meeting?" Asked Lucy
"It's a meeting where the local guild masters give their reports, it's a bit different from the council though... "replied Mirajane
"Reedus, can I borrow your light pen?" She asked
"Okay" said Reedus, handing her the pen.
"The most important people in the magic world are the 10 members of the council who have a connection with the government. They exist to maintain order in the magic world. The council can also pass judgments on mages who commit crimes. And beneath the council there are Guild Master Leagues, where guild masters assemble." Explained Mirajane.
"They relay decisions of the council, smooth out communication between guilds in the area, and keep us in order. It's a difficult job right?" Said Hana
"I didn't know there were connections between guilds." Said Lucy.
"Cooperation between guilds is important, if we neglect this..." Said Mirajane.
"THE BLACK GUYS WILL COME!" Natsu finished with a scary voice.
"Eeeekkk!!" Shouted Lucy, scared. Hana hi fived Natsu and giggled.
