First week, News Leak

EARL'S POV

I woke up in shock when I saw the clock. It was 8:45 in the morning! Our class begins in 9:00! I don't know what to do!

*phone starts ringing*

"Yes babe? " I responded to the call.

"Babe, where are you na? Our class is going to start in 15 minutes. Ma'am Evelyn hate late students, remember?" Carmiegh said on the phone.

" Yeah babe, I am doing as fast as I could. See ya later! Loveyou! "

I ended the phone because if I didn't, I know it's gonna consume a lot of time.

I merely took a bath and dressed up in my everyday uniform.

I was in my car when I'd realize it's 8:56 already. I yelled to my driver and told him to drive as fast as he could. Ignoring the traffic, we used the shortcut Manong Raffy told me.

I was walking down the hallway and at the opposite corner, I can see Mrs. Evelyn walk onto our room. I cannot believe she always goes to our room at exactly 9:00.

Without any hesitations, I entered the room.

"Good Morning, Ma'am Evelyn."

"To you too. Why are you late?" she responded in a semi-high tone.

" I got stuck in traffic ma'am. Im sorry." I apologized.

"Better be mister. Now go back to your seat and listen to my discussion. "

The class started and I sat down next to my girlfriend, Carmiegh. Carmiegh is a very sweet and passionate girl, and a little bit possessive too.

NURRAINE'S POV

Ma'am Evelyn just dismissed the class. Jonah and I went to the Starbucks booth in our canteen and we bought
Frappe Grande. We sat on the table

" Jonskie, how's your family? " I asked.
" They're fine Nurs. Why'd you ask? "

" Well, we haven't seen each other in 2 years, so I have no idea what's going on between you, Tita Maria and Tito Benito. I'm pretty much catching things up. "

We immediately stopped talking.

Both of us were SHOCKED when we see Harvey and Jericho walking towards the canteen. And the surprising thing about it is, THEY ARE HOLDING EACH OTHER'S HANDS.

Are they on? Legit? Jericho's a bisexual like Harvey and Billy? Seriously man?

Jonah and I decided to go out of the canteen. We kept chit chatting about what we saw about Jericho and Harvey.

We reached the gate where Jonah saw her driver and she went home. I decided to walk home alone because our car is currently in the repair shop.

My home is just three kilometers away and I promise I can walk that far, without being tired. I began my walk as I play my playlist on.

I just passed by Zalora Fashion Boutique which is exactly 2 km from Mahogany University. I took the shortcut because I'm so hungry na and I know wala na akong madadaanan na restaurant to eat.

The shortcut was dark and narrow. The 1 km away from my house would be only 200 meters.

As I walk in the midst of darkness, I can see my house but the creepy thing is, the lamp posts started to blink until they turned off. I was starting to shover in fear.

" Hello? I KNOW IT'S YOU AIRA " I knew to myself that it was Aira who does the mysterious things because she is my neighbour and she keeps doing this stuff.
