Chapter 5: the goal is Complete

Reece and ash both woke up at the same time and just stared at each other
Ash: what you staring at
Reece: something beautiful
Ash blushed but smiled
Ash: thank you even though its not true
Reece sat up

They both got dressed and was about to walk out the door when reece called her back

reece went to get his breakfast when he realised ash forgot to get hers so he grabbed two and took one to ash

Reece: sledge, jager, bandit, thermite, tachanka and glaz
Ash: IQ, twitch, ela, frost, caveria and finka

They all made there way to the mission room and six went over the details
Six: right your mission is to capture ryad jackson then let ace take over and it most likely will be bloody
Reece: oh its going to be bloody i can tell you that for sure
Six: we have been told that ryad has landed an hour ago and on his way to his private estate in the mountians of rio
Reece: when can we move out

The two turned to looked at six

The team got there gear and made there way to the helicopter
Reece: jager you fly
Jager: slow, normal or fast

Within a couple of hours they landed and made there way to ryad estate
Reece: thermite you take ela,finka,frost and tachanka and go around back and be ready for heavy fire

Ash: IQ, twitch, bandit and sledge your with us going in front

Reece then pointed to ryad's left leg and another gunshot was heard and ryad left leg was gone

Reece turned him around and pinned him to the wall

Ryad eyes widened as did team rainbows eyes
Thermite: ace
Ryad: there here safe
Reece: oh there safe are they bring em in sledge
The door open and in come sledge with ryad wife and kids

Reece: he killed my son and killed the last of my family and im going to do the same
Reece pulled out his revolver

Reece pulled the trigger and watched ryad fall back against the floor

Reece: dont worry i grabbed a armoured plate before we left base none of the shots actaully hit me see
Reece pulled out the armoured plate from his and you could see where all six bullets landed

Ash: oh thank god
Reece: glaz meet you at the heli
Glaz: ok comrade
Reece and everyone made there way back to the helicopter and as they start to rise reece noticed a red dot on ash's chest so he quickly grabbed her and pulled to the side but not without get shot him self but luckly glaz shot the guy and killed him
Reece: guess i got shot after all
Ash held onto reece to stop him from falling out the helicopter
Ash: six make med bay ready weve got injured
Reece: babe ill...... be...........fine
Ash: reece REECE DONT YOU DARE CLOSE YOUR EYES
But reece's eyes had already closed and this made ash panic more so when the got to base doc rushed out with thatcher and took reece to the medical wing while all ash could do was watch as he was wheeled away
ash: doc will he be ok
Doc: i dont know eliza i need to operate on him to see if the bullet came back out
Ash: it didnt because he would of hit me if it did
Doc: then that means that the bullet is still within reece's body and it must be taken out quickly ill let you know if anything changes
Ash walked back to her shared room with reece and felt something in her pistol holster and it was reece's revolver and this cause ash to smile as she knows how vaulveable it is to reece so she washed and got some sleep with reece on her mind
