Chapter One

Nevaehs P.O.V.

"Hey, Vaeh. Did you hear there's going to be a new kid coming to this school?" My friend, Izzy asks me.

I sigh and grab my books from my locker and close it.

"Why would someone move when there's only four months of school left?" I asked Izzy with raised eyebrows.

"I don't know. Maybe his parents had to transfer jobs." Izzy said with a shrug of her shoulders.

"Or, he's moving away because he killed someone!" I say with mock horror written on my face.

Izzy chuckles. "Shut up! I highly doubt that's why he's moving here."

"You never know. And how do you know it's a boy?" I asked

"Instincts." Izzy says with a smirk.

"I'm seriously going to laugh if its a boy." I tell Izzy with a laugh.

"I hope he's cute." Izzy says with a huge grin.

"I thought you liked Liam?" I asked her.

"Vaeh, we've been best friends with Liam, since forever. We know he's shy, and probably won't ever ask me out because of it. He probably doesn't like me anyway." Izzy says with a sigh.

"You both are soo fricken clueless it's ridiculous.." I say with a chuckle.

"What are you talking about?" Izzy asked.

"He totally likes you. Every time you guys hug he blushes." I say with a smirk.

"No, he doesn't. That's how Liam is. He blushes when he hugs you to!"

"That's because I tease him." I say as we walk through the door of our algebra class.

"Mhm, sure." She says while rolling her eyes.

~Lunch Time~

"Hey LiLi." I say as I sit down at our usual table.

"Hi." He smiles up at me.

"Hey, Liam." Izzy says with a smile.

"H-hi." He stutters out.

"So, did you hear about the new kid?" I asked Liam.

"Who hasn't?" He asked with a chuckle.

"All the girls in my class were talking about it. They don't even know if its a boy or girl." He said.

"I think it's a boy." Izzy said as she grabbed a fry off her plate.

"I-I have to go to the li-library." Liam stutters out again.

"Alright, see you later buddy!" I say and wave at him.

He waves back and walks off.

I turned to Izzy and raised my eyebrows.

"What?" She asked

"Really? You should have said you thought it was a girl.." I say to her and shake my head.

"Well, geez. I didn't know he was going to get up and leave." She said with a shrug.

"Now you pissed him off." I said to her

"How would you know?" She asked with raised eyebrows.

"He stutters for two reasons, one, he gets nervous when he's around you, and two, he's pissed." I say.

"I've never noticed that." She says with a laugh.

"I analyze him." I say with a laugh.

"Your a creep." She says with a straight face.

We both look at each other and start laughing

"I'm only a creep for you boo boo!" I tell izzy with a wink.

"Yay!" Izzy yells while hugging me.

"Alright, get off of me before Liam thinks your a lesbian." I say with a chuckle.

"Pssh, he would never think that! He knows how boy crazy I am!"

"Yeah, too crazy." I say with a laugh.

RING RING

"There's the bell. We should get to class." I say to Izzy while I stand up and throw my garbage away.

"Cause that'll be so bad?" She says with a giggle.

"No, I guess not." I say while shrugging.

Two more classes left, thank god!
