Skylar's POV
I woke up the next morning remembering what happened last night. Wishing I could go back. Today was the first day of winter break. I went downstairs to get some breakfast. I ate my pancakes and Meghan and I started talking.
"Why don't we do something this week"
"Sounds good to me" I replied
We headed to Starbucks to make plans and get our pumpkin spice.
"Mom and dad have a lodge in the mountains, maybe we could go there"
"By ourselves?" I questioned.
"No, of course not, I would invite the boys to come with us"
"Oh, ok"
My parents would never let me do that. Meghan's parents were much different than mine. It would take a while to get used to.
The next morning we packed our bags to go to the lodge. After we got packed, we took Zayn's family RV and headed off. We had a 5 hour drive ahead of us. We played car games and took turns driving. I was really excited about going skiing. I've never done it before. After three hours, we decided to stop to get food and go to the bathroom. Even though it was a rest stop, it felt warm and cozy because of all the Christmas decorations. I was the first one ready so I sat down and started reading.
"Skylar, snap out of it"
"Huh?"
Harry laughed. I loved reading. I always had a book in my hand.
"Let's go get some food, I'm starving"
"Me too"
We got up and went to the Chick-fil-a and ordered a bunch of stuff for everyone. Then the rest of them caught up with us.
"We've been looking all over for you guys!" said Meghan.
"We never moved"
"Oh, whoops"
We took the food into the RV and headed on our way. Two hours left. I sat on the couch and put on my headphones. I fell asleep.

*THE NEXY DAY*
Skylar's POV
The next morning I woke up to the smell of bacon and eggs. The tile floor was freezing so I grabbed my fuzzy socks and headed to the kitchen. Harry was making breakfast for everyone. Not a surprise. I snuck up behind him and took a piece of bacon.
"Morning babe" he kissed me. He also tasted like bacon.
I pulled away from the kiss "morning"
From on the couch I heard Louis say
"I'm trying to eat over here, if you don't mind"
"Oh shut up Lou" I darted back
Meghan started laughing.
Then I got a call from Natalie. I haven't heard from her in a while
"Hey Nat what's up?"
"Hello?"
The reception was terrible since we were in the mountains
"Natalie, can you here me?"
"Now I can"
"Ok good, so what's up?"
"I just wanted to see how you and Harry were doing, just checking up on you"
"Things are great so far, I'm just scared things too perfect and one day everything is going to crumble"
"Sky, I'm sure everything's going to be ok. I also have a surprise..."
"What is it!?"
"I got enough money to come visit you for Christmas!"
"Oh. My. God. This is awesome! I can't wait!"
"Me neither"
"Listen, Nat, I have to go, I'll talk to you later ok?"
"Ok. Byeeeee"
