"I promise mag kikita tayo ulit" Crystal promised while tapping my shoulder I would never forget what she promised me

"Aasahan ko yan ha? Mag lalaro pa tayo dito sa rest house niyo. Sana pag nagkita tayo ulit nakakakita na ako" noon pa man gustong gustong gusto ko na siyang makita pero hindi ako nabigyan ng pag kakataon.

"Bibigyan ka ni god na makakita kasi diba kikilalanin mo pa ako Kyle." Inaasahan ko lahat ng sinasabi niya lahat ng binibitawan niyang salita lahat ng yun hinihintay kong mangyari ng dahil sa kanya hindi ako sumuko sa buhay.

"Pinky swear magkikita tayo?" Kasi walang kasiguraduhan na magkita pa kami kasi hindi ko man lang makita ang mukha niya noon pa man wala akong ka alam alam sa itsura niya.

"Pinky swear." Then she interwind our last fingers and I can't help but to smile. Then suddenly we heard manang calling my name.

"Kyle! Uuwi na tayo ngayon halika na at baka magalit pa ang papa mo. Ikaw talagang bata ka. Salamat sa pag babantay sa kanya Crystal ha?"

"Okay lang po yun manang. Bye kyle ingat kayo." She shouted while manang is guiding me to walk papuntang kotse.

"Crystal" I said as soon as I open my eyes from a very  beautiful dream. But it's not just a dream it's one of a great memory na hinding hindi ko malilimutan.

Bumangon na ako at naligo bago bumaba sa baba. Sa hagdanan palang naririnig ko na ang pag uusap nina Mama at Papa.

"Is kyle awake?" Rinig kong tanong ni papa kaya minadali ko na ang pag baba.

"Good morning." They directly shift their gaze to me but I didn't mind. I direct took the chair beside dad.

"Oh You're finally here. Eat up son, may business meeting pa kaming pupuntahan ng papa mo." I know they are always busy with our company which I am not interested at all. I'd rather  spend my time searching for the girl who promised me that we'll see again.

"I can handle myself mom. By the way hows the investigation about Crystal? Nahanap na ba siya ng mga investigator?" Matagal ko nang hinahanap si Crystal but sadly I don't know whaf she looks like I was blind that time and I can't see her face even in my dreams I can't see her face.

They looked at each other as if talking using their eyes, I couldn't help but to also stare. Dad cleared his throat so I immediately shift my gaze to him

"Anak matagal na nating pinapahanap si Crystal pero hindi parin natin siya mahanap hanap" I know that this day would come they would eventually give up I know they want me to look for a girl but then there's only one girl who captured my heart and that is Crystal.

"Are you saying that I should give up?" Frustration hit me.

"What your father is saying is that wag mong hayaan ang sarili mong makulong sa nakaraan. I'm sure there are girls out there that likes you. You have the looks, money and Intelligence try to explore son." I know she's trying to calm me down but I just couldn't.

"Even I have everything in this world I will never be happy at all because she isn't here. My world will never be complete without Crystal Rousell. She's the only girl that I want" I can't help but to raise my voice. Is it really hard to have her in my life that's all I need.

Hindi ko na nakayanan kaya tumayo na ako at umalis na sa hapag kainan. Pero biglang nagsalita si dad na ikinakuyom ng kamao ko

"What if she's already dead?" He said firmly. I didn't bother to look at them.

"No she's not. Because she promised me that we'll see again and I know she won't break that promise. If you won't help looking for her it's fine with me. I'll just find her on my own." I didn't wait for their response I started walking in our stairs.

I know that she'll come back. Wala mang kasiguraduhan pero umaasa parin ako because she gave color to my life, she helps me get out from my miserable life, she taught me to love and see the beauty of the god's gift even if I'm blind that time. Maybe I didn't understand that time what she meant about seeing but right now I already know. The gift is not just about the materials or the surroundings it could also be the feeling.
