-Leo's POV-

I watched Caeda as she slept in my arms. I knew I couldn't stay there, the harpies would find us and I didn't feel like being eaten. I tried not to wake her up as I stood up and began walking to her cabin. I glanced around nervously, and hoped the harpies wouldn't come out for a little while.

I opened her cabin door, well, I tried to, but it was locked. Well, fuck. I knocked and waited. Nobody opened the door. What should I do? I couldn't just drop her here, the harpies would find her and eat her, even if she was literally in front of her cabin door. So I did the only option left: I took her with me to my cabin.

I walked fast, because I could already hear the harpies. Just as I unlocked my cabin door, the first harpy saw us. I went inside quickly and shut the door, locking it again. Okay, now where would I let her sleep? Honestly, I wouldn't mind at all if she'd sleep in the same bed as me, but I didn't think she would be okay with it. So I found an empty bed in the corner of the room and tried to lay her down. Yeah, tried to.

Even in her sleep she had an iron grip, I couldn't get her hands out of my neck. The more I tried, the more she tightened it, until she pulled herself up a little so her face was buried in my neck. Her breath hit a certain spot and I shivered. Okay, so she wouldn't let go. Again, there was only one option left.

I walked over to my bed and tried to lay her down without removing her arms from my neck. Then I climbed over her and lay down next to her, her arms still wrapped around my neck. I lay close to her, and slid one of my arms around her waist. My other hand stroked her hair as I looked at her sleeping face. Gods, she was so pretty... And sweet, and such a good fighter... I gave her a light kiss on her cheek before drifting off to sleep myself.

What was this girl doing to me?

-Nico's POV-

I woke up in my own cabin and immediately knew something, or maybe someone was missing. I looked around and saw who it was: Caeda, my new sister. I had mixed feelings about her. Of course, she was my sister, I had to protect her and the fact that she wasn't here really bothered me, but on the other side, now I had another sister to look after, another sister that I didn't want to lose. It honestly became too much. I knew she was capable of protecting herself, I saw that at capture the flag, but what if she decided to act like Bianca and sacrificed herself for others? She seemed like the kind of person to do that. Hazel woke up and noticed Caeda's absence too.

''Where is she? Has she already gone to breakfast?'' Hazel asked. I shrugged.

''I don't know, but at least she isn't here.'' I answered. I got up and changed into black pants (surprise surprise, not) and a black shirt and went to the mess hall to see if she was there. She wasn't. Gods, where could she be?! I really started to get worried now, what if she got lost in the forest and the harpies got her?! I should've gone looking for her after I got the flag to our territory. But Leo wouldn't let that happen, right? My eyes widened. Leo! I half ran half walked to the Hephaestus cabin and knocked. One of Leo's siblings opened.

''Leo's still asle-'' he began, but I cut him off.

''I don't care about Leo. Is my sister here?'' He hesitated, but then stepped aside, letting me in. Of course, I stormed inside, to the bedroom and began searching for Caeda. Then I saw them.

Let's just say I suddenly understood Hazel's reaction when she saw me with Percy. It wasn't really fun to see your family sleeping with someone they've only known for a day or something. Of course, I knew Percy longer than that, but I spoke so rarely to him that it didn't really count.
