JAE was 16 years old living his life at California, a popular kid that's known for his jokes and sometimes not-intentionally-rude humor. He had this certain appeal to him, as said by his numerous friends that he made in a matter of a year. Jae isn't that popular, as he would say but of course, that isn't the case.

NOW, He is here at his local school's classroom. His fingers tapping impatiently on his table while his minds wanders across the infinite world that he calls his mind. His hand goes up to his face and he fixes his round glasses ( that he doesn't really need but no one needs to know about that) Jae's mind does flip flops, deciding to remind him about the time he-

"Now class, we have a new student here! His name is Brian Kang and he is from Korea. Brian, please introduce yourself!" His teacher, Mr. Andrews said while gesturing to the boy with black hair and- Wow.

BRIAN has spectacular eyes. (and yes, he knows the meaning of spectacular. He may be dumb but he isn't that dumb. He holds a straight B+ to A+ average for your information.) He has fox-like eyes that hold so much emotion yet Jae couldn't decipher it. Brian bows, and fixes his pink lips with a smile. "Hello! My name is Brian. I am 15 years old and I am from South Korea. Please take care of me!" He says with an adorable accent, while giving an amazing smile. Everyone claps with the occasional "Hi Brian!" "He looks so cute" "Handsome"

BUT Jae was confused and dazed. His mind was going overdrive, with a familiar feeling flowing through him. A feeling that Jae knew Brian before.

He felt a pang in his chest, that his mind immediately tried to understand why. Jae's fingers started to tap against the wood faster just like his mind's thoughts that is going faster and faster and faster.

So fast that Jae didn't sense Brian going near him. That he was slowly walking towards him, hands in his pockets while walking like he's used to this place.

A walk that Jae has.

"안녕- I mean Hello. Sorry about that, anyways Mr Andrews told me that I'll sit here?" Brian said, his eyes crinkling up in amusement as he watched Jae look so confused. "O-oh" Jae said, his head out of the clouds. He shakes his head and speaks again while standing up "Howdy- I mean Hi! My name's Jae." He says, internally groaning. Jae pats the empty seat beside him while giving his best smirk at him. Brian chuckles while proceeding to sit down beside him.

"Now, since Brian is settled already. I need you guys to take out your book and turn to page 12" Mr Andrews says, making the class groan in union.

Brian's hand suddenly goes up. "Mr Lee, I still do not have my book. May I share with Jae?" He asks. Mr Andrews nods and Brian sits back down. He toothily grins at Jae while asking "So, can I?"

And that where things went wrong.

Sike! It hasn't.

Fortunately Jae didn't mess up. Instead he gives his signature grin while nodding. "Of course Bribri." He replies, the nickname naturally flowing out of his lips. Brian smiles, a dazzling smile that takes Jae's breath away.

"Your smile's amazing dude" Jae nonchalantly (and out of the blue) says. Brian stops, his eyes fleeting towards Jae for a moment.

Is it Jae's imagination, or is Brian blushing?

Probably his imagination.

"T-thanks Jaejae" Brian stutters, his face going into overdrive. "Jaejae?" Jae asks, his face trying to mask how he likes the nickname. "Well, you call me Bribri. So I should call you Jaejae, it's only fair!" Brian sticks out his tongue teasingly at Jae, making the elder smack his shoulder playfully.
