It took a while to sink in. 2 more months. It had only been a few weeks and things were already falling apart. I was beginning to question whether or not this was worth it. No doubt Niall was being a great friend to me,and i was really looking forward to what our friendship would become; but was it worth the wait? Neither of us know what could happen between us when Niall is on tour for almost 5 months. 

" Lex, please say something. I know this isnt easy to comprehend but i need to know that youre okay with this?" Niall questioned as i snapped out my daze. I glanced down at my fingernails, picking off the purple polish. Niall grabbed my hand and lifted my chin up so i was looking in to his eyes. " Lex?" He questioned again and for the first time in a long  time i let my heart do the talking instead of my head. I know that this might result in me getting my heart broken, but i dont care right now. Im happy in the moment,and even in the future if i can look back at this time and still feel happy when i remember the feeling i felt,ill be okay.

" I guess that means we have 2 extra months get to know eachother better!" I said as i smiled and brushed my hand against Nialls cheek. He smiled back at me, leaning in and pecking me on the cheek.

We finished our drinks and exited Starbucks,heading for my apartment. The walk was silent,but not the kind of silence thats awakward. It was a comforting silence,because i had Niall beside me,even if it was just for today.

When we finally made it to my apartment , we agreed to watch a movie,but a comdey instead of a horror movie this time. I  grabbed a planket and plopped down on the sofa next to Niall,as the previews started.

Once the movie started I felt Niall snake his arm around my waist and pull me closer to him,so that my back was resting against his chest and my legs were stretched out on the rest of the sofa. We giggled  our way through the movie, and Niall would occasionly run his fingers through my hair or lightly kiss my cheek. I still didnt know exactly what we were, but i knew that i defintaly was enjoying whatever we were in the moment. 

Once the movie ended,it was 11:30 pm. Niall and i  stayed in the same position on the couch with his hands in mine,and his head resting in the crook of my shoulder. I felt Niall slip his hand away from mine,and out from around my waist. He ran his fingers carefully through my hair,pushing it all to one side. I felt his hot breath brushing against my bare neck as he moved in closer,sending shivers down my spine. 

I felt the warmth from his lips slightly brush against my neck. My stomache errupted with butterflies as  he left soft,warm kisses on my neck. I felt him stop as his warm breath trailed up to my ear." I should go" He whispered as he moved slightly beneather me. I shook my head no as i leaned onto his chest more cuddling my head into his neck. He giggled as wrapped his arms back around my wait,planting a kiss on the top of my head.

" Just stay a little bit longer" I whispered as a small yawn escaped from my mouth. Niall didnt move,he just rubbed him thumb again the back of my hand,whilst humming an unfamiliare tune.It was comforting to feel his warmth and hear the sound of his voice. It was comforting to have him here with me.

I let out a deep breath as i snuggled up to Niall,now resting my head against his chest. I breathed in his scent as i drifted off to sleep,feeling comforted while listeing to the sound of his heart beat.

Soooo,the next chapter will be in Nialls p.o.v :D i really hope you guys ejoyed this chapter. I really wanted  to express the feelings between Niall and Lex,and i wanted to try and give you an inside look at how their reltionship is at the moment.I really enjoy seeing your comments,so let me know if you enjoyed please.
