Icarus

Ambitious, foolish

Soaring, burning, falling

Tower, feathers, wax, sea

Triumphing, escaping, living

Sensible, secure

Daedalus

Hi guys! This poem is slightly longer! Side note, I find poetry much more fun to write and edit than to read. I'm leaving the templates so that even if you don't like reading it, you might find your own way to enjoy it by making it what you want it to be. I personally like free-verse more than templates with syllables and rhyme schemes (you can imagine how much I hate limericks), but it's a place to start if you want to. This one is called a "Diamonté" poem because if you center it, it'll make a diamond. I messed up a little when writing it and didn't realize it needed to be centered so it's a bit wonky but I hope you enjoy nonetheless. The template is as follows:

*Subject*
*Two adjectives that relate to subject*
*Three -ing words that relate to subject*
*Four nouns that relate to subject*
*Three -ing words opposite of the subject*
*Two adjectives opposite of the subject*
*One noun opposite of subject*

*Creativity goes here when writing the above poem*
