drabble
def. A short piece of writing (usually fanfiction but sometimes original), usually no more than a 1000 words (although length is debatable) and often not bearing any real direction or plot. Drabbles are more often used to make a point about the characters or events involved, or to provide an introspection or specific point of view.
eg. "I wrote a drabble fic about Shivika. It's not very long but it shows how Shivaay would react to pregnancy news."

ficlet
def. In fandom, a ficlet is a very short story, usually fan fiction but sometimes original fiction. The term is commonly applied to stories under 1000 words, although there is no hard and fast rule about how long a ficlet can be.

Pieces of love will contain random drabbles and ficlets about Shivika and Narbhi. The drabbles and ficlets won't be interlinked though.
