Rudra walked into the living room to see Annika wailing on top of her voice and the remaining Oberois trying to cheer her up.
" Bhaiya, What's the matter ? Why is Bhabhi crying ? " Rudra ran towards Annika who was crying, hugging Shivaay.
" I don't know. All I know was that we had just returned home after watching Endgame and as Annika is a big MCU fan, she was sitting all upset in our room, scrolling through her phone. I walked into the room with an icecream tub to cheer her up and when she seen the tub, she questioned me what I was doing there with the tub. As soon as I answered, she started to wail and rushed out crying."
" Okay. What did you say that got bhabhi so upset ? "
" All I said was 'I didn't want you to be alone'." Shivaay repeated his previously said words and as soon as Annika heard them again, she started to wail more loudly while Rudra just face-palmed himself.
" Bhaiya, your words accidentally are the reason behind Bhabhi's wails."
" What ? I'm confused. How can Shivaay's words filled with love and concern upset Bhabhi ? " A confused Omkara questioned as he walked towards Rudra.
" Well, Bhai accidentally uttered the words which were once said by Black Widow to Captain America and we all are aware of what happens in Endgame and how the ship of Captain America and Black Widow that bhabhi shipped never sailed. So, bhaiya's words reminded her of how her hopes were killed in Endgame, hence, bhabhi is crying over her murdered hopes."
" Oh shit." Knowing what a grave mistake he accidentally committed, Shivaay ran out of the house and returned back half an hour later with bags full of avengers goodies especially of Rogers and Romanoff which brought a wide small on Annika's face.
