M/n sighed as he lay on his bed, daydreaming as music filled his ears. "M/n! M/n!!"

He was too into the song to hear his roommate shouting his name from the other side of the door. His roommate sighed in frustration and began knocking violently. M/n jolted and immediately took his headphones off. He got up and opened his door.

"Hello?" his roommates said. "Does a M/n L/n live here? 'Cuz I've been calling him for a while now!"

"Come on. Don't give me that," the (h/c)-ette said. "I didn't hear you."

"Of course, you didn't. Not when you blast your music at full volume! You wanna go deaf?"

"Jeez. I'm sorry, okay? What did you need anyway?"

"Food's ready, genius, in case you couldn't smell it from here."

"Wow. You sure have an attitude today," M/n said as he closed the door behind him, following R/n.

"Oh, really?" his roommate replied. "And who's fault is it?"

M/n put his hands up defensively when he saw his roommate's glare. "One, you wake me up at 2 in the fucking morning to open the door for you!"

"I forgot my key--"

"Then," he said. "You leave the damn AC on and turn this place into Elsa's palace!"

"My bad--"

"And now, you make me walk all the way upstairs and to your room to wake you up!"

M/n chuckled nervously. "I'm sorry, R/n. Seriously."

R/n glared at him. "That so?"

"Yes," the (h/c)-ette replied.

"Then, why do you keep doing it, idiot?!"

--

The halls of the school were crowded with students. M/n had to squeeze in between gaps just to pass by the people who walked ever so slowly.

Come on. Can people not walk any faster?

Eventually, through navigating between crowds, he finally made it to class. Just as he stepped past the doorway, the teacher had her hands on her hips, annoyance clearly written on her face.

"Mr. L/n," she said. "You're late to the lecture again."

M/n resisted the urge to roll his eyes. "I'm less than a minute late, though."

"Quit the retorts, L/n. You were told that these lectures were mandatory and that they must be attended to on time," the teacher said.

He stepped away, ignoring the rest of her lecturing. "Forget about it... I'm not dealing with this BS. The day's almost over."

He sat down in his seat and put his head down. He hated mandatory lectures with a passion, especially when those lectures took place in this particular class. The material was already confusing enough without the teacher using every opportunity possible to make it a living hell for everyone.

The teacher slammed a book on his desk, making him groan in annoyance. "Wake up, Mr. L/n! This isn't nap time!"

"Go suck a dick."

"What was that, young man? Go to the office immediately!"

"Whatever..."

M/n slung his bag over his shoulder and left the room without sparing a single one of his classmates a single glance.

--

"Mr. L/n."

"..."

M/n kept his gaze away from the Dean, already fed up with the day's events. "I'll let you off with a warning today. Don't cause any more trouble, or you'll be kicked out of school. Tomorrow is the last lecture day. Don't screw it up for yourself."
