Chapter 7• Soaked

Life works very different for everyone, I mean it would be weird for 7 billion people to have the same life right? Some people have a hard life some people have a good sheltered life. Some people find love at a young age some people don't find love. Though you are getting to experience a walk in to Ji Woo's life, what does the future hold for her?

Ji Woo wakes up from her sleep and rubs her eyes, rolling around a little to slide off the bed till her feet touched the ground. She stumbles down stairs and has so breakfast made by the maids. She turns to the door to see a small Jungkook looking at her. Both of them played together all day. Their bonding had grown and friendship became closer. They both ran around the house not caring about anyone else that they had bumped into and played in the pool with the toys that maybe shouldn't be in the water. Ji Woo and Jungkook were becoming great friends and got closer each day. He took Ji Woo's mind off her father and her mother which was a great relief to her. She was happy. Jungkook was always nice, you could say a young gentleman if you may. He always did everything Ji Woo wanted to do and he never forced her into anything she wasn't okay with, though the not so good part with being around Jungkook all the time was.......... he could run a lot faster than her. When Ji Woo would race him he always won which made her very frustrated. Though, when he realised he slowed down and let her win. She was very grateful to have a friend like him.

Laying peacefully on the bed Ji Woo slowly wakes up from the call of someone's voice. She opens her eyes, trying to block out the light. It was Jungkook. She gets up quickly and gets dressed. Both of them then decided they were to go to the beach. The beach was close to Jungkook's house so it was safe for them both to go.

"What do you want to do?" Asked Ji Woo looking around.

"Let me show you something" Jungkook replied pulling her further down the beach.

"So! It's a game you have to run to the water and when a wave comes you run as fast as you can so the wave doesn't get you" Jungkook said pausing after and then moving closer to Ji Woo.

"But! If the wave gets you then you have to lay down in the water then lay in the sand" he said smiling looking at her for a response.

"Okay I like it! But your mom said not to get wet" Ji Woo replied worrying of the consequences.

Jungkook didn't seem to be worried because he was already running towards the water not bothering about what Ji Woo just said.

The young kids reach the water and Jungkook waits till Ji Woo come down to him then...

"JUNGKOOK!!!!" Ji Woo screams. Jungkook had splashed her with water but of course Ji Woo felt the need to do it back to him.

After a while of just getting completely soaked they started playing the game. Surprisingly, Jungkook losses. So he sat in the water then in the sand followed by Ji Woo laughing at him. He looks at Ji Woo laughing and smiles starting to run towards her. She try's to run but it's hard to run in the water. As she turns around to see where he is, Ji Woo is forced under the water followed with Jungkook. She pushes him away and runs to the dry sand followed by Jungkook chasing after her. Ji Woo trips over and lays on the ground. Jungkook was running too fast and couldn't stop causing him to fall over her. She shuts her eyes thinking he would fall on her but only discovers a loud scream instead. Jungkook had hurt his ankle. Attempting to think quick, Ji Woo helps him to his house. Mrs Jeon saw them from the window to see them soaked in sand and water. She quickly stands up and rushes to the door to get them, if Jungkook's father saw this he would be in a lot of trouble. She opens the door to see Jungkook crying and then decides it's best to not get mad at them. Mrs Jeon takes them to Jungkook's room to hide them out of site and got them both some clothes. She helped Jungkook and put a bandage on his ankle. Just as she was about to leave...
..."we are really sorry we didn't mean to get wet we just wanted to play!"

Mrs Jeon turns to them and laughs. Jungkook and Ji Woo look confused to each other watching her leave the room.

"Why isn't your mom mad at us?" Asked Ji Woo intrigued on why she wasn't.

Confused to what to say Jungkook replies "I don't know maybe she just understands"

Jungkook and Ji Woo got into a conversation and laughed about the scene that Just happened at the beach. Momo interrupts and walks in to see them both.

"Peaches have you packed your case" she asked looking around the room then focusing back on Ji Woo and Jungkook looking at each other confused.

"Well?" She says breaking the silence.

"Why would I pack?" Ji Woo asks looking at her.

"Because we are leaving tomorrow that's why" Momo reply's instantly.

Ji Woo looks at Jungkook sadly realising she forgot that they were only supposed to live there for 4 days. She had to leave now and probably wouldn't get to see Jungkook again. They both would be going to different schools as well.

"I haven't packed I will just now" Ji Woo reply's and Momo leaves.

Ji Woo turns to Jungkook and says bye and leaves to pack her cases.

After a whole load of packing which the maid done though Ji Woo was exhausted, Ji Woo went to get dinner.

Whilst at the dinner table Jungkook couldn't stop thinking about Ji Woo leaving.

"I can't believe Ji Woo is leaving, I want her to stay here forever, she's my best friend, plus Jihyo wouldn't play with me when she leaves so I will just be bored again" Jungkook thinks to himself looking down at the food on his plate.

Everyone starts to get up from the table and Jungkook makes his way to Ji Woo's room where she was.
He helped her pack the rest and told her he would miss her which set them both up as they started to cry.

"Shhh, I will miss you to I'm sure we will see each other again" Ji Woo confesses trying to help the situation.

Both of them knew it was a lie but they didn't say anything about it, that would make it worse right?
