Honesty (on hold)

Laying in the bed Cassidy was awake but she still had her eyes closed. She had errands to run today for her store but didn't feel like getting up.  It was around 6:30am and it was a Wednesday which was one of her lazy days

She preferred to sleep in until 11 but she had to wake the kids up for school so they could catch the school bus. Dasani didn't want them riding the school bus since he was able to pick them up and drop them off but Cassidy wanted them to experience everything about childhood so that they could go back and tell memories when they got older.

She didn't make them ride the school bus everyday just some days and to her surprise they actually liked riding it

Walking to the bathroom that was connected to her room she brushed he teeth and combed her hair into a high ponytail

Before going into Apollo room first waking him up "wake up stink" she said calling him by the nickname he hated the most

"Stinkkkkk" she dragged tapping his butt making him groan

"It's to early ma , I already missed the bus anyway" he said lying

"Boy wake up and get dressed y'all don't have to ride the bus today"

"Okay give me 20 more minutes and ima get up please "

"20 minutes that's all if you sleep any longer ima get you!" She said leaving his room decided not to wake the others cause they were just going to do the same thing

Both boys started at their new school today so it was important for them to be on time

Picking up her phone she failed Dasani number letting him know they didn't want to ride the bus so she needed him to pick them up and take them to school

Going into the kitchen she packed Chanel and kiara a snack for daycare/ school and decided to just give the boys 10 dollars each since they were so choicy about what they wanted to eat

20 minutes had passed and Apollo was still knocked out snoring like his ass had been working all night

Getting a cup she turned the sink on filling it with water before going into his room pouring it on his bare chest causing him to shoot up

"Maaaa!!" He yelled getting mad as she just laughed

"I told you to get up and you wouldn't listen so I had to take matters into my own hands" she said walking out of his room knowing he was definitely up now going to wake up everyone else

"It took the three almost an hour to get ready they were now sitting at the kitchen table eating breakfast waiting for their dad to get here

"Okay everyone's going to have a good day  if I get an call from anyone of you all schools today your going to get the biggest ass whooping of your life pacifically Zaire and cashmere"

"Try being good for once I swear to you I don't want to end up sitting at the school being told how bad y'all are but if I do, you'll have something waiting for you at home" she warned as the doorbell rung just on time

"Perfect timing" she smiled letting Dasani in "i was just letting them know if I got a call from their school today they wouldn't be coming home to anything pleasant at all, would you like to add anything?" She asked Dasani as he stood there

"If y'all teachers call yo mama phone today ima beat y'all ass ain't no more acting up we cutting that shot out now" he said as they nodded

"Alright have a nice day learn something productive and her 10 dollars for y'all and here's your lunch Chanel and Dasani here's a snack for kiara" she said handing him the brown bag

"Good looking See you later on" he said leaving out with them

Pulling her phone out she sent jaybee a text to come over

About an hour an a half later jaybee stood in front of Cassidy door waiting for her to answer it

"What took you so long" she asked going over to him wrapping her arms around his neck standing on her tippy toes pecking his lips

"Damn girl I came over here for that lil ass kiss wowwww" he said dramatically making her smile as she gave him another deep passionate kiss

"Yeah that's what I'm talking about , let me know how much you miss my ass " he said taking his coat off hanging it on the coat hanger that was on her door

"So my mama neem having a cookout next week and I told ha you was coming so don't even chicken out on me and try to come up with no excuses cause it's happening" he said pulling her on his lap as he sat on the couch

"You think they gonna like me?" She asked playing in his beard

"Shidd I like you" he said dodging the question not really knowing how to answer it

"Ion think ima be able to go through with this bae , I'm having anxiety attacks just thinking about it" she said leaning her head on her shoulder

She really wanted him and her to work off but she could feel someone from his family was going to have a problem with her and it was gonna tear them apart

She was really attached to jaybee and she didn't want anyone to mess that up ,that was one of her biggest fears about meeting his family

"Ma I got you chill out please this gonna work" he said stroking her hair kissing her nose "We gonna work, don't let your nerves get the best of you" he said as she nodded

"I won't" she said more to herself than him

"Now in the meantime" he dragged smirking kissing her neck as she giggled from the tickling sensation trying to move only making him hold her tighter
