"They hated me, your aunt kept grilling me and your mom couldn't get over the fact that I had 4 kids and your sister basically wanted to drag me for stealing her twin brother from her!"

"This isn't good at all"

"They didn't hate you Cassidy they act like that towards everybody I date it's nothing to take to the heart, plus You dating me not them."

"Well they didn't treat me well at all , they all had some type of problem with me" she said shaking her head

"I don't got a problem with you , so don't worry about them yo main focus should be me anyway" he smirked grabbing her chin bringing her into a kiss

"Well I just wanted to let you know how I felt about the whole meeting your family thing, that's not something I want to have to do again they aren't happy that your dating me because I already have a full family" she said as he shook her head

He could tell his family was gonna play a big part in their relationship and he could already tell it was going to be the reason they end their relationship.

"Bae stop stressing out over them please I can't take another minute of you talking about them just chill ight?" He said

"Yeah ight, But I gotta go I got to meet Dasani at his house" she said grabbing her keys off his table as he looked at her weirdly

"What you meeting up with him for?" He said scrunching his face up not liking the sound of that

"Nigga did you loose brain cells? I gotta get my kids from his house" she said giving him a questionable look

Smacking his lips he shook his head and turned on the tv ,him and Dasani was cool but he still didn't like him nor trust him around Cassidy

Jaybee knew Dasani still had some type of feelings for Cassidy and he hated when she left to go be with him because he couldn't witness what was going on

"Ight let me get my jacket" he said getting up as Cassidy gave him a weird look

"Bae no , you don't have to come I'm only going to get the kids and coming back" she said walking to the door about to leave until he aggressively grabbed her arm pulling her back

"If I say I'm going then I'm going don't be doing no shit like that Cassidy" he said squeezing onto her arm making her hiss

"What the hell is wrong with you? Your hurting me" she said trying to pull away which only made him jerk her more

His strong manly hand was so tight around her arm she thought he was gonna break one of her bones

Looking into his eyes it was like a demon or something took over his body, he looked out of it

"I'm coming" he said opening the door walking out to the car as Cassidy stood in the same spot taking in everything that just happened as a tear slid down her face before she quickly wiped it away before going to the car only to see him in the drivers seat

Sighing she got into the other side putting her seatbelt on before looking out the window

She didn't want to talk to him or anything she didn't know what was wrong with him but every since they left his mom house he'd been acting different

He was more aggressive, and wanted to control her

She didn't know if something happened while they were there or not all she knew was that she didn't leave the cookout with the same jaybee she came with.

"Why you so fucking quiet Cassidy?" He said looking over at her before looking back at the road"

"What was that jaybee?" She asked as he didn't reply
