So here I am bam 18 years old. I met this guy Cody. He was everything I look for in a guy. Sweet Country a southern gentle man all the above. Mind you this is only my second relationship I've been in my life. Everything was great he lived in Gilbert and stuff and I visited him on my days off of work. We'll 2 and half years went by he preposed to me I said yes. At this point I was 20 he was 18. We got married October 16 2010. Well it was only six months before I seen a change. He was working night shift at Walmart and had two cell phones. I found another girl pic in his phone. I didn't say nothing. He started beating me. I would lie to my mom and dad saying he wasn't hiting me when he was. So I confronted him about the girls that's right 7 different girls. He got pissed and beat me so bad and left me for dead. I ended up having a damaged muscles in my heart. Later on that month he came and got the rest of his things. It took me 8 years to get a divorce from him because he would not sign the paper work but in September 2016 I finally got it.
