"Everyone I have an announcement to make" Harry hollered, earning the gaze of every student

"From now on, Jade Thirlwall is officially my girlfriend."

"What?" Jade called

"NO!" the trio screamed as the rest of the students congradulated the new couple

"From now on, anything you say to her, will also affect me. Don't mess around."

"Well that's a surprise," a voice teased from behind the crowd

"And why would that be a -"

"Niall." Harry grinned once he saw his best friend

"I'm back." Niall smiled at the students as they stared in awe

- Jade's P.O.V -

I ignored the swarm of students that came rushing towards Niall.

All of them - including Harry- began flooding him with questions; how was it there? Were the girls hot? What was the weather like? Was it actually as good as everyone made it out to be? What cologne are you wearing?

I, however, made my way out of the room, sneaking a peek at him at the very last moment before quickly averting my gaze. He had caught me staring.

He had been staring as well. But even so, why wasn't my heart beating as fast as it should?

"JADE!"

"WHAT?" 

"Quit daydreaming, you're gonna scare away all our customers!" Perrie playfully scolded

I rolled my eyes, "You're funny."

But I couldn't exactly help it, Niall's sudden appearance left me in a huge shock. Throughout the time he had left, I honestly forgot about him, forgotten about his existence, no matter how bad that sounds it was true. It felt like someone (Niall) had resurrected from the dead, it felt surreal.

"Sorry ma'am, she's been a bit out of it today. May I take your order?" Perrie nervously laughed, shoving me to the side, shooting the lady a polite smile whilst giving me a death glare and nodding her head towards the bathroom.

I nodded my head and shamefully made my way to the bathroom.

I let the cold tap water run as I splashed it onto my face, and stared at my reflection.

'I saw a confused and lost girl' is what I wish I could say, instead I saw a frustrated, dripping wet girl that was losing patience and she was not happy.

The whole Niall coming back thing really got me by surprise, I mean it's not like I want him gone forever, it's just that why wasn't Jesy here too? Did something happen to the two? A fight? There had to be something that went wrong, I know it.

"Cass, I'll just be a sec, yeah?" I heard Perrie call from the distance as Cass replied with a perky 'Yeah!'

"Alright, spill and make it fast, we can't leave Cass monitoring for too long. You know how she is," Perrie muttered as soon as she came into the bathroom
