Chapter sixteen
Rylie POV
I wasn't aware that I was staring at Colby till I noticed him staring back. I blushed and looked. Down. I probably looked like a fucking weirdo just smiling and staring at him.

I want to kiss him again. I want him to hold me. It was weird. I've never had this feeling for him or anyone actually. It was different, in a good way. Colby got up and cleared our plates and washed the dishes. He is so sweet. "You didn't have to do all that Colby." I say. He looks at me. "I know. I wanted to." He says. After some silence. He looks at me. "Hey, can I tell you something. Well ask you something?" He says. I nod. "Of course." He takes a deep breath. "When I kiss you. Does you're heart beat really fast and butterflies irrupt in you're stomach?" I smile. "Feels like it's just me and you and nothing can come between us." I say. He stares at me. Then walks over and kisses me. I kiss back taking a deep breath in. He slides his tongue in my mouth and I moan a little. He pulls away and rests his head on mine. "Will you go out with me. Like on a date?" He asks. I smile. The biggest smile. "Yes!" I say. He smiles and kisses me again. "Okay!"

Colby said he had to go set up our date. I was excited to see what he had planned. I was also freaking out on the inside that he asked me on a date. I was getting highly excited. But I contained myself.

I heard a knock and thought it was Colby. I had brushed my teeth, kept on what he told me to wear which was what I was wearing, and put my hair in a messy bun. I smiled opening the door. With these crutches. It was a pain in the ass. They are just in the way. Hh. I opened the door to see Brennen. "Brennen?" I ask. He looks at me. "Rylie, I just. I wanted to say I'm sorry for cheating. I'm sorry that I hurt you. I I want you back!" He says. I look down clenching my jaw. "No, you cheated on me Brennen, I can't get back together with you. I'm sorry. I'm sorta, seeing someone!" I say. He looks down. "Oh, who?" He asks. "Colby! These feeling I didn't know I had for him are surfacing. I feel these feelings for him and they are strong feelings and I'm happy Brennen." He nods. "Okay. Well I hope you are happy." He says walking away. I sigh and close the door. I felt bad but I can't deny my feelings for Colby. He makes me happy. He can make me.. love him with just a look. He captivated me with his kiss. Hearing his name could put a smile on my face and make butterflies irrupt in my stomach. Just a glance from him could make me blush like no other. I realized this awhile ago. But I was with Brennen and thought nothing of it. I sigh closing my eyes. Then the door knocks again. I open the door and see Colby. He had a backpack, white roses, and one of his hoodies in his arms. I smile and step back a little so he could come in. We go into the living room and he sits me down. Then goes to my room and brings my pillows and blankets.

"So I got some movies. Popcorn, with extra butter, skittles, chips, m&ms, peanut, ice cream, and I brought you you're favorite flower and one of my hoodies." He says. I had a huge smile on my face as he told me this. "It's perfect." I say. He smiles and sets up the pillows and blankets. Pops the popcorn and then we lay together. We watched flushed away, Eragon, and white Chicks. This was the best date ever. We had snacks laughed and cuddled. Kissed. Took cute Instagram photos. Kinda hinting us together but not being direct. This was by far one of the best days ever. I fell asleep on his chest.

I was woke. Up by Colby. "Come on you need to take you're meds and eat." He says. "I post mated you're favorite. Panda Express. I got egg rolls, pot stickers, those cream cheese things you like, I got you a bowl of Kung pop chicken and Chou main noodles, with a dr.pepper. He says. Smiling. I smile. "Thank you! You're literally the best." I say. He smiles. He sets up the food and I just watch him admiringly. Then sit up and take my pill, then we eat and binge grey's anatomy. It was getting good.

We were so into this show. Olivia came and put my flowers in a vase in my room while I slept, then took pictures while we weren't paying attention and sent them to me. Making me smile. Right now I was up against the couch with pillows behind me, Colby between my legs his head on my stomach and his hands on my thighs. We had a blanket over us. Just watching the show. I was playing with his hair and eventually I fell asleep again.

I wake up see Colby's head on my stomach, he had turned over and his arms were wrapped around my waist. I snuck a picture and posted it. He was so cute. I played with his hair. Kisses the top of his head and then tried to be a ninja and get out of his hold. It was tough but I did it. I clutched to the bathroom and did my business.

I crutched back to the living room to see a pouty Colby on the couch. "Why did you leave me?" He asks groggy. "I had to go to the bathroom!" I say. He just sighs. I lay back down and he gets in the same position as earlier. I smile. He kisses me. And lays his head in the crook of my neck. What am I going to do with him.
