We laid next to each other, Mark lying silent, my mind racing. "So.... I've got my groomsmen.." I said awkwardly. "Really?" "Yea... Ethan, Tyler, and Robin." "Oh... well I asked Bob, Wade, and my brother." "Ok... so... we've got our wedding planned.... we just need to send out invites..." I breathed deeply. "Yea... Are we having Tiny Box Tim and Sam on the cake?" "If you want to Mark." "Ok. One month until the wedding...." He said. "Less than a month, it's October 8th, we're getting married on November 1st."

"Shit..." Mark mumbled. "I'm getting my suit fitted today..." I grabbed Marks hand. "Great." He kissed my forehead. "Let's Get started on invites." He hopped up and got dressed. "Don't you wanna Wait?" "No... maybe.." he rubbed his ass. "You fucking went wild." "Yea..." I said rubbing my neck. I hopped up and got the invites we chose. "My mom offered to make the cake." Mark said as he wrote her name on there.

"Ok. Sounds good babe." "Should we invite Any and Signe?"  He looked at me. "Yeah. Why not?" I wrote Felix's name on one and hid it under the pile, knowing Mark would get mad if he knew. After an hour later, we finished. "Hey, my appointments is in 20 minutes, I'll drop the invites at the post office, it's on my way." I grabbed the box. "Ok baby. Be safe Jacky! I love you." "I love you too Mark." I headed out. On my way out I ran into Felix.

"Oh... hey." I held the box, trying not to look him in the eye. "I was just going to see if you wanted to hang out." "Oh uh.... I've actually got things to do. I've got to drop these off at the post office, and go get a suit fitted." "Can I come? I have nothing to do." I thought for a moment then sighed. "Sure." He smiled and got in the car. We dropped the invites off and we went to the shop.

"Mr. McLoughlin, What color tie?" "We've been over this Alfred." I chuckled. "Green." "Ah. Yes. Green." He put on my tie and I kinda twirled around. "You look good." Felix said. "Thanks!" I beamed. It's so close. I'm so close to marrying the man I'm so desperately in love with. The suit was finally just right, and we left the shop. "Ok well, thanks for accompanying me. I'll talk to you later." I got out of the car and headed in.

I set my phone down and got some dinner. I didn't hear my phone buzz, but Mark did. He picked it up. "You invited him to our wedding?!" He shouted. "Who?" "Felix!" "Yea! He's my friend..." "He's trying to sleep with you!" "No he's not Mark. You're being delusional. "Thanks for the wedding invite! It was nice hanging out with you this afternoon. You looked good in your suit." He read the messages.

"You're hanging out with him behind my back?" "No! I was on my way out and he was coming to hang out anyway. I said he could tag along! Is that so wrong?" I yelled. "Yes!" "Mark you're being stubborn." I rolled my eyes. "I think the green brings out your eyes?!" He read. "Jack!" "He's just a friend Mark!" "Obviously not! Complimenting your eyes, saying you looked good in your suit for our wedding day!"

"You're being irrational, Mark!" "Right! It's my fault! I'm sorry for try8ng to protect the thing that means the most to me." "You're smothering me! He's just a friend! I can't have friends now?!" A deep growl arose from inside him. "Forget it, I'm going out." I reached for the knob. "Maybe it's a bad idea for us to get married." He said. My eyes teared up.

"Fine." And I walked out the door.
