Sangwoo sat down in front of Yoonbum. The frail man had genuinely piqued his interest, and that was rare. Sangwoo seemed to be constantly bored, and always trying to find something to make the passing of time more enjoyable. University cured some of his boredom, but not all of it. Sangwoo spent a good chunk of his time at the bar two blocks away from his house. He had made it a habit of charming women to come home with them, sleeping with them, and then promptly cutting them off. He found amusement in the idea that these women kept falling for the same tricks. Sure, some of them were more stubborn than others, but they all submitted to him eventually.
Sangwoo set his baseball bat down on the floor next to him and casually put his hands in his lap. "How can you be in love with me when we've never met?"
Yoonbum's face flushed red. "Ah... We've met before... You probably just don't remember me. We were in the miltary together... and now we go to the same school..." His right hand scratched the back of his neck as he spoke, a nervous habit of his.
"Hmm... Is that so?" Sangwoo rubbed his chin as he tried to remember if he'd seen this sunken face before. "It's weird, I would think I would remember a face as fucked up as yours. Maybe it's cause I don't have my glasses on."
Yoonbum's eyes widened. He awkwardly began to stand up, still using the wall behind for support. "I'm so sorry about this... so I'll go n-"
Sangwoo grabbed one of the thin ankles in front of him and pulled. This caused Yoonbum to yelp as he fell back down onto the floor. "No. Stay. I think we could have a lot of fun together." A smirk plastered itself across the handsome face.
Yoonbum once again found his face red hot. He opened his mouth to speak but could not find any words to say.
"Tell me..." Sangwoo started, reaching a hand forward and placing it on Yoonbum's neck. His fingers finding their way into the turtleneck and exposing more of the bandages there. "Why do you have these bandages all over? I mean, hell, they're everywhere."
It was true. Yoonbum was not showing much skin, and it wasn't because it was slightly chilly outside. Yoonbum stared at his knees in front of him, unable to look Sangwoo in the eyes. His hands fell to his ankles and began nervously picking at the bandages there.
Sangwoo sighed. "Maybe you're not as interesting as I thought. I suppose you should leave then." The larger man began to stand up when Yoonbum suddenly lurched forward and grabbed his pant leg.
"No! Ah, I mean... Please don't. I just-" Tears began forming at his eyes again.
"Don't cry again. It's annoying." Sangwoo glared harshly, not changing his standing position. Yoonbum sniffles and wipes his face with his sleeve, trying to calm himself once more.
"I-I'm sorry, I don't want to annoy you."
"Then you shouldn't have broken into my house." Sangwoo muttered half under his breath.
Yoonbum frowned and looked around anxiously. "I, uh, I have a lot of bandages because I get hurt... a lot."
"No shit. I didn't think you wore them as a fashion statement."
Why was he being so mean? No, he could be a lot meaner... You did break into his house... You're lucky that he hasn't killed you. Even when he was being mean, his muscular body was so attractive. And his dark eyes... so serious... I wonder what they look like up close... closer... If I was closer I could smell him...
Whack! Sangwoo's hand made contact with Yoonbum's cheek. "Hey! I'm talking to you." Yoonbum's eyes grew big as he came to realize that he was spacing out. Once Sangwoo realized he had brought the man back to reality he removed his hand from the pale face. "Whats your name, space case?" Sangwoo flicked Yoonbum's forehead with his finger. Yoonbum reflexively flinched before responding.
"Uh... Yoon- Yoonbum."
Sangwoo chuckled. "Okay Yoonbum. What am I going to do with you now?"
Yoonbum stared back at Sangwoo blankly. Sangwoo then held out a hand and helped Yoonbum to his feet. Eyes looked the small man up and down; inspecting, judging.
"You know, if you grew out your hair, you would look more like a woman than you would a man."
Yoonbum blushed and looked down at the floor in embarrassment.
"I wonder... Do you act like a woman too? I mean, it's already apparent that you're cowardly and shy." Sangwoo took a step towards Yoonbum, so that there was now only a few inches between them. He took a hand and lifted Yoonbum's face up to look at him. He stared intensely into his eyes. Yoonbum tried to escape his gaze, but was unsuccessful. A smile then grew on Sangwoo's face as he bent down and brought his lips to Yoonbum's.
Yoonbum's heart started beating a million times per second, red becoming the prominent color in his face. He felt Sangwoo press his tongue into his mouth and then bite his upper lip before breaking the kiss. The hand under Yoonbum's chin used its thumb to wipe some saliva from the corner of his mouth.
"Hmm. You kiss like a woman too."
