Wolf POV

As I approach the building in which my target resides in, I open the console and grab an extra length of rope and stick it in my satchel beside my rifle.

"Alright, here goes nothing."

I open the door and get out, making sure to stay in the darkness of the shadows. I walk up to the wall and sling the hook into the wall near the roof and begin my ascent.

As I near the top, I start reeling the rope in and begin to climb onto the roof. I grab my rifle out of my satchel and unfold it, honing in the scope to the adjacent building

"Okay, round 2.," I say, lowering my breathing

I wait as my heart slows down and I begin to lightly squeeze the trigger

"Man, you're pretty bad at this, didn't even check the roof for signs of Chakra residue, didja?" A Mysterious Presence says from behind me

"What the.... Who are you?!" I say, standing and spinning up my Sharingan

Before he can speak I scan him

5"8'

Male

Black Hair

Facemask, facial recog not working

Body Type unknown, Clothing Obscuring view

"Ah, that's not important, the important thing is that you and I need to get outta here. Fast. They're coming." It says

"Clever, masking your face and body so my Sharingan can't scan you. Very clever indeed, you've certainly done your homework." I say, standing and turning around slowly "Well? Aren't you here to kill me?"

"Hehe, no. I'm actually here to save you," he says, unholstering his pistol and aiming past me

"Save me? Are you thick? I'm the best assassin for miles, no one can catch me."

"Well, I caught you, so that's gotta count for something. I've been watching you for a while now, and I've gotta say, you're really not that special."

"Now that you mention it...." A blade pierces his back and exits through the front

"Sloppy, friend. Real sloppy. While you were standing there monologuing, my shadow clone was sneaking around you, drawing his blade." I say with a laugh "Pathetic."

"H-how...? How did I not sense that....?" He says coughing up blood

"I can cover my chakra, you know. It's not really that hard." I grab my rifle, fold it and slide it back into my satchel "Well, this has been fun. Later, loser." i say, tossing a spent cigarette onto his body. I walk away as I hear him gasp for air and begin to pull the blade out of his back.

I

"Oh, I forgot to ask. What's your name, kid?" I say, slowing

"Th- The name's Night......."
