HaileysPOV I woke up in my bed suddenly remembering the events from last night, I check my phone seeing that I already missed half of class, this is just great, I get up and look around my room to see Justin nowhere in sight. I creep slowly around the house just in case he was here but he wasn't anywhere in the house I checked outside but he wasn't there either. Giving up I went inside of the house and put on a blue sweater, white pants, and some white heels. I grabbed my keys and my purse and left the house. I ended up at Starbucks and I was walking out of the door with my drink when a guy ran into me and made me spill my drink all over my outfit, "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry miss" I looked up and his face was like it was crafted by the gods, like where are all these cute guys coming from? He was tall, he had caramel skin, greenish/hazel eyes, and the prettiest smile. "Oh no it's okay I can go home and change" I say picking up my now empty coffee cup and throwing it in the trash, "wait let me get your number so I can repay you for this" he says looking at me hopefully "I don't even know your name yet" "it's Corey, what's yours?" "Hailey and yes you can have my number" we exchanged numbers and I got in my car and drove home. 2 days later These past two days me and Corey have been hanging out a lot I really like him but I just want to be friends with him since I only just met him. I haven't seen Justin since that night and it makes me a little worried about what he has been up to. Corey and I are going to walk a trail that he had found that was 10 minutes away from my house. I put on some fall clothes because it was a little cold outside. Corey pulls up in his car and we start walking, "So tell me about yourself" I say to him when we get to the trail, he starts talking about his hobbies when I feel a presence around me I look around in the trees and see a face, I start breathing heavy and as I look closer I recognize the face and it's Justin. "Hey are you listening?" Corey says snapping me out of my trance "Oh uh yeah I was" I say smiling, I look back at the trees to see Justin gone, "Then what's my favorite color?" He said raising his eyebrows "Um blue?" "Nope, Maroon" he said laughing "so what's got your attention?" "It's personal I can't really tell you" I said hoping he would drop it, "okay well I hope your not in any trouble" he says laughing "yea it's not that." That's exactly what it is though, I've moved into a house that has been broken into and had a murder happen inside, a missing person who is also a killer showed up at my house telling me to leave, and now I just saw him again like he's stalking me. I end back at my house and me and Corey have said our goodbyes, when I hear a noise in the attic. I pull the string and walk up the staircase, in the far corner stood a figure only lit up by the sunset light coming through the diamond shaped window, "Justin?" I say with a little fear, the figure turns around and indeed it was Justin "I thought I told you to leave" he said with a bit of aggression "I'm sorry it's just that I can't pick up everything and move like some people" he walks closer to me and stands in front of me the light from the window outlining the edges of his clothes "who was that boy you were with today?" "His name is Corey, why?" I question him a bit confused "no reason I was just wondering" he said looking down at his feet, "Why are you always in the attic?" "I have nowhere else to stay" he said looking rather sad "you can stay in the guest bedroom if you like" I say with a smile "that would be nice thank you Hailey." I showed Justin to his room and he took a shower, I got him clothes from my closet, what can I say I like guys night clothes, while he was in the shower I ordered pizza. I knocked on Justins door but I didn't hear an answer I opened it a little bit to see Justin sitting there staring at the floor, "Justin are you okay?" He snaps his head up to meet my gaze "yeah I'm fine" he says sounding like he's trying to convince himself also "if you were fine you would've heard me knock, what's wrong?" He looks back at the floor and sits there for a while it was nothing but silence but then he started to speak "this was my parents room, this spot was where I said my first word mom and dad were so happy, they were the nicest people in the world I don't know what kind of monster would do this to them." I look at him and see him trying not to cry I walk to him and hug him, "it's okay to cry Justin I won't judge you" I said, he buries his head in my stomach and he just starts crying. A moment later Justin is finished and he's acting like nothing happened, we are currently watching "The Notebook" while eating pizza when I get a phone call I answer the phone and a voice that sounds like a robot starts speaking "Don't get to close to Justin you could get hurt," the voice says and it hangs up. I get up and run all over the house making sure everything is locked not looking around I bump into Justin and fall on the fall, "Woah Hailey slow down, what happened?" He said crouching down and lifting my head to meet his gaze "I got a phone call and they said that for me to not get close to you because I could get hurt and it sort of freaked me out I'm sorry" I said biting my lip and looking away from him, "it's okay just don't answer anymore phone calls unless you know who it is, and don't listen to that person I'm not all bad" he said smiling.
