Beyond Her Time

Chapter 2

Sakura pov

I pushed open the door, and walked inside my classroom, I saw Naruto... Wait. Naruto? He's alive. I felt relief wash over me. I decided to sit next to him. As I sat next to Naruto, He looked shocked, so did the rest of the class.

"S-Sakura-chan?"

I turned my head to look at Naruto, and smiled at him, a blush spread across his face. Then his eyes squinted at me, and he had a confused look on his face.

"Sakura-chan when di-"

Naruto was about to say something but was cut off by someone else.

"Sakura, Why is there purple diamond on your forehead?"

I looked over where the voice came from and saw Sasuke. Odd He usually wouldn't care about me at all. Wait.. They did notice my seal, SHIT!!

"U-Uhhh... I-It's.... U-umm"

Sasuke pov

I was sitting at my desk, trying to ignore my noisy 'classmates', so  damn annoying. Then I heard  the door open, I looked over and saw pink hair go through the doorway,     Sakura Haruno, just another distraction from my goal.

I instantly noticed her short hair, she cut it. Something else was different though. I scanned her up and down. Her body had matured more. Wait, how's that even possible for someone to mature so much in just a day. Whatever, she is just doing this attention. Her dress was more tight on the chest area. Tch. Whatever. My eyes landed on her face, her eyes were no longer innocent, more wise. She had a diamond on her forehead. What is that? Tch. It's probably just some stupid scheme to get my attention. Still I intend to get answers.

I watched as she walked over, I prepared my self for her annoying request to sit by me, then she looked at Dobe and Sat down with him. My stomach turned, I felt sick. Why is she sitting by HIM? She shouldn't be sitting next to dobe. A small voice in the back of my head asked "Then where should she sit?" Tch, anywhere but besides that blonde idiot.

After staring at her I noticed a purple diamond on her forehead, large powerfull waves of chakra were comming from the diamond, this was never there before, so I got up and walked over to her. Before dobe could ask something I beat him to it.

"Sakura, Why is there a purple diamond on your forehead?"

Sakura turned around and stared at me, I saw hatred flash through her eyes for a brief moment, I felt a pain on my chest. A pain? Tch, its nothing.

She must of realized I asked her sa question and quickly turned into a stuttering mess, It was pleasing to see her acting normally.

"U-Uhhh... I-It's.... U-umm" She struggled to come up with an answer.

Her eyes suddenly hardened and she looked me dead in the eyes, hatred clearly evident in them. When did she begin to hate me..? She wasn't blushing. I felt another pang in my chest. When did Sakura dislike me so much? Instead of looking away, I stared back into her eyes searching for answers.

"It's none of tour business, Uchihia." She snapped back at me

I was shocked, the whole classroom went quiet. She never looked away from my eyes, her voice had such vemon in it. My Uchiha ego broke. When did Sakura change, without thinking, I blurted out.

"No one changes this much in a day. I expect some answers from you."

That seemed to shut her up and  she looked down at her desk, suddenly quiet. I was annoyed. I want answers. I quickly reached for her arm, grabbing it and pulling towards me. She gasped in shock. Soon she was close enough. I leaned in and whispered into her ear

"After school, meet me at the roof top, you will answer all my questions."

I left no room for argument as I shoved her back towards her seat.   She fell back, I watched as the blonde idiot quickly shuffled over closer in an attempt to break her fall a little. Sakura ended up landing in Naruto's lap. A pang of anger washed through me. No no... calm down. It doesn't matter.

Naruto turned red. As Sakura sat in his lap. He starting apologizing.

"A- Ah!! I- I'm sorry Sakura- Chan!!"

Sakura slid off of Naruto's lap, and he shifted back over to his side of the desk. Still flustered. Sakura then sat down in her seat and turned to Naruto. I expected her to hit him. Instead I heard

"It's alright Naruto!"
