Why am i so nervous

*two months later*
It's the day. It's that day. It's mine and Colby's special day. It's our wedding day. I have been waiting for this day since that amazing night when Colby asked me to marry him.
"Kat I'm terrified. Why am I so scared? I shouldn't be scared. I'm getting married I'm supposed to be happy" Kat was helping me get into my wedding dress. It's a beautiful ball gown that has off the shoulder straps (I'm too lazy to find a photo)
"It's probably just nerves. You'll be fine. And hey Sam will be walking you down the aisle to hand you off to his best friend" I stand up to give Kat a hug as she started to cry
"Hey, you shouldn't be the one crying. That should be Sam. You have no reason to cry" Kat looks me in the eyes and wiped her tears away
"I'm crying because my best friend is getting married. I can't believe you're actually getting married" suddenly there's a knock on the door
"Come in" its Sam.
"You ready? There's about 5 minutes until you're supposed to be out there" i let Kat finish up with what she had left to do and walked over to Sam. As I expected he had tears in his eyes.
"Stop crying. You're a man be more manly. Now let's go" I grab onto sams hand and we walk towards the car that will be taking us to the venue.
"Are you as nervous as I am?" I look at Sam and laugh
"Why are you nervous? I'm the only one that should be nervous" he joins me in laughing
"I know but I'm still nervous" oh Sam. You strange man
"Alright well try not to be nervous we're gonna be at the venue soon" Sam nods and and we're both silent for the rest of the car ride. We stop a little further back so Sam can get out and go stand where he needs to. When he's there we keep driving. There was a couple cars in front of us for other people. In the car right in front of me Kat gets out holding Catalina. Then it's my turn. Oh boy I'm so nervous. The car door opens and I see that Sam had opened it. The venue is exactly as it looked like. A beautiful rainforest. A waterfall behind where Colby is standing, smiling with tears in his eyes.
"You ready?" Sam said holding his hand out for me. I nodded with a smile and took his hand. I grabbed onto his arm like I was about to fall off a cliff.
"Sammy I'm so scared" Sam puts his hand onto mine
"Don't worry, you have nothing to be scared about. Everything will be fine" I meet eyes with Sam and smiled. I hadn't noticed that we were standing right in front of Colby. Sam grabbed my hand and put it into Colby's. the ceremony started. I'm still as terrified as I was before. If anything I'm way more terrified.
"Everyone. Welcome to the wedding of Colby Brock and shauna golbach. We would appreciate it if you can keep any children as quiet as possible but if not that's fine. Not like these two stay quite as we've been informed by Sam and Kat who can sleep because of their noises" a lot of the adults laughed because they understood the horrible joke. Where as the kids just looked clueless. That kind of made me laugh a little.
"That's enough of that" Colby looked like he was embarrassed because of that given information
(Uhh btw I have been to a wedding before but I never really payed attention to what they say in these parts so I'm gonna just use whatever I've seen in tv shows and shit)
"Colby, please repeat after me" Colby nods and does as he's told (I'm not writing everything twice so yeah just imagine it) "i Colby Brock promise to stay by your side through thick and thin. If any problem surfaces I will stick with you until it's resolved and stay with you after that.
Now shauna repeat after me. I Shauna Golbach promise to stay by your side through think and thin. If any problem surfaces I will stick with you until it's resolved and stay with you after that" now the big thing.
"Colby Brock do you..."
