Dragon Slayers: The First

Chapter 8

Hiii! How are you beloved people? Good? Good. So, here's the next part... Why do I have to do this? Ugh, I do not own fairy Tail (As we all know quite well) It belongs to Hiro Mashima (And we knew that too). Why do we have to do that evry time? We all know! Anyway, I'm going to go rant to Courteny so later! -runs off-

Lights flashed before his eyes, voices drifted in and out of his consciousness. He was slighlt aware of someone pleading for hm to wake up and come back to him and but he couldn't understandt who it was.  He always sank back into the darkness and oblivion. 

All he could do was curl into a ball, trapped in his own mind, and wonder "Is this the end? Am I dead? What about Seria? Is she ok? Or..." These questions raced through his head but he didn't know. "I hope... If this is the end... That my friends will always remember me... And... Will Seria be ok?" 

He blinked as a light burst throgh the shadows, so bright he blocked his dangerous green eyes. "Wha-what?" He got out before the light enveloped him. 

"Cyrus! Please! Open your eyes again!" He could clearly hear the crying voice of Seria, feel the warm hand on his arm, and feel the salty taste of tears runing into his mouth. "S-Seria?" He got weakly, struggling to open his eyes to the blinding light.

"CYRUS? Oh Mavis, open your eyes Idiot!" A hand cupped his cheek and he slowly, and painfully opened his eyes, blinking in the light. 

"Oh! Agure turn off the damn light!" Seria snapped and Agure muttered unintelligible words, no doubt of annoyance, but he turned off the light. As things came into focus, the first things he saw was Seria's worried, tired face hovering above his own.

"Ever heard of 'personal space'?" He joked weakly, and relief was  clear on Seria's face. "Damn you! You had us worried, Idiot!" She hugged him and Agure swore he could hear cracking.

"C-can't breathe!" Cyrus gasped and Casgar pulled Seria off him, holding her in the air, kicking and screaming, "PUT ME DOWN, DAMMIT!"

"Two things," He told her. "Quit cussing, and two, you're going to kill him you're hugging him so hard."

Seria scowled, then a surpsied look alighted her face. "Really?"

"Thanks casgar! Long time no see guys!" Cyrus smiled, laughing slightly when Casgar pulled him into a hug. "No kidding!" Agure explained.Then the door exploded and a flash of pink came ito the room. 

"CYRUS!" Natsu yelled, skidding to a stop by the bed. "Yo!" Cryus grinned. Natsu hadn't changed. 

"'Yo'? Thats all you can say after 3 months of being in a coma?" Lucy poked her head in the room, a cheery smile on her face.

"Nice to see you're awake, Ice Freak." Gray walked in, followed by Erza and Wendy. 

"You're one to talk!" Cyrus snorted. 

"You're feeling alright?" Wendy inquired and he nodded. "Yeah. Just a little dazed and confused. "

"This is all my fault!' Erza exclamied, shaking her head in shame. "Its because of me my comrades got hurt! Someone hit me!" She announced dramtically, making everyone sweatdrop. 

"I don't think thats necessary. " Lucy sighed.

"Lucy! Thank you!" Erza grabbed her, pulling her into a hug, and smashing her head into her armour with a loud "Bang!". Lucy fell to the floor, eyes swirling around. "Lucy! Get a hold of yourself!" Natsu yelled, shaking her.

"Thats not going to help, Flame Idiot." Gray grumbled, making Natsu jusmp off, a furious expression on his face. "What'd you call me, Underwear Princess?" He snapped, igniting his fists.

"Flame Idiot, or are you deaf?" Gray taunted.

"Why you..."

"You wanna go?"

"You bet! Fire Dragon-" 

"Ice Make-"

"Enough you two!" Erza grabbed them, smashing thier heads together. 

"Scary!" Lucy and Wendy tremnled. 

"Thats the Great Erza for you!" Happy chirped, appearing with Carla. 

"Enough with the 'Great' already!"

"Natsu! Lucy's being mean!" 

"Lucy would never do that!"

"I'm going to kill you, Cat!"

Cyrus watched the familiar scene and started laughing. Everyone turned, looking at him. 

"He's gone crazy." Seria whipsered to Agure.

"He's more nuts than Gajeel!' Lucy exclamied to Natsu who laughed. "Ahaha get it? Nuts?" 

"Shut it, Stupid Pinky!' Gray yelled, making Erza smash them into the ground before they could fight again. 

"When will you guys learn and grow up?" Lucy kneeled by them, poking them. 

"Something came out." Wendy commented, looking at the ghosts of the boys. 

"You guys really haven't changed!' Cyrus caught his breath. Seria smacked his back, making his wince. "What was that for?" "For making us wory." She replied nocholantly. 

"Wha-?

"Come on, guys. Lets let Cyrus get some more sleep." Erza strode out, dragging Natsu and Gray. Lucy, Wendy, and the Exceeds followed meekly. 

"OK. Later!" Seria waved, closing the door behind her and Casgar and Agure. 

"Bye." Cyrus whipsered, folding his amrs benath his head so he could gaze at the dusty rafters of the infirmiry. 

"I'm back." He closed his eyes and fell into sleep, this time natural, deep, peaceful sleep. 

And.... Done! Sorry its sp short, we just didn't really have any ideas. Lol Courtney was crying when  she read this. -in the backvground- "DID NOT!"  "You so did!" "SHUT UP, BRYON!' "MAKE ME!" those two act like a married couple sometimes... Anyway, bye! Im runing for my life! -Speeds off, Courtney and Bryon chasing, furious-  IT WAS A GOOD LIFE!!!
