So when basically for maybe 16 hours of the day, there is always music playing on my phone. Some might say my music choices are odd but I have a reason behind each song I listen too.

I know A LOT about music. And I do mean A LOT. I listen to any and every genre and I will never have one favourite song, I'll have around 20-30. But what I find when I feel depressed or am struggling with suicidal thoughts, is that I always turn on music that I listened too when I was a little girl. I mean honestly one of my most played Spotify lists consists of Hannah Montana, Hi-5, Christmas Music and Disney Movie Soundtracks...yeah. I don't know why but that is my ultimate playlist because it reminds me of when I was young, free and happy. So I don't know if it's only me, but I do recommend listening to music you loved when you were little to help you through because I know it has helped me.
