Chapter 5

*Time Skip, many hours later *

*no one's pov. With (Y/N)*

(Y/N) had been up all night, it was now early morning. Around 4-5 o'clock, he had just finished the last touch ups on his final song and was now getting ready to take a small nap while all the songs downloaded to a cd disk. He set an alarm for 6:30 am on his phone before he went to sleep.

Not too long later he woke up to his alarm and lazily turned it off before getting up. He heads to the bathroom and took a quick shower. He washed his hair, body, and face, before getting out. (Y/N) grabbed a towel and dried himself off a bit before wrapping it around his waist and walked out of the bathroom. He went into his room and into the now half empty, half full closet. He had tossed and burned all of Sasuke's clothes, and anything else of his.

He grabbed a nice (F/C) button up, (S/F/C) boxers, and jeans. He then grabs a pair of socks and put them on before putting his black boots on. Once he was done and dressed, he heard his phone go off and went to answer not bothering to check the contact.

"Hello?" he asked holding the phone up to his ear as he walked to the bathroom.

"Hey! (Y/N)! Just calling to check up on you" it was Naruto. (Y/N) smiled hearing Naruto, it felt nice having someone actually care about him again. Even though ti had only been a day after he had sent the divorce papers in with both his and Sasuke's signature. (Y/N) was no longer (Y/N) Uchiha but was now back to (Y/N) (L/N).

"Heh-hey, Naruto. Iḿ doing fine thanks. You don't need to check on me" he said as he put the phone on speaker and set it down on the sink counter. He grabbed his brushed and brushed through his (H/L) (H/C) and blow dry it, before brushing his teeth.

"After what happened?! Yes, I do!!... Also, could you let me in I'm at your front door." Naruto said before (Y/N) heard a knock on the front door and he spits out the water he had in his mouth from rinsing his teeth.

"What?!" Storm yelled a bit before running downstairs leaving his phone. He got to his back door and unlocked it opening it for the blonde who was holding his phone to his ear and smiling.

"Hey!" he said smiling as I sighed and let him in. He put his phone after what I guessed was ending the call. He took his orange and black jumper jacket off and hung it up in the hooks with my (F/C) jacket with fur on the hood.

"Naruto you really didn't have to come over and check on me" (Y/N) said closing the door and walked over to the kitchen with the blue-eyed blonde following. "I know but... I'm gonna anyway. I don't like seeing my friends upset. " He said looking at (Y/N) a concern expression on his face. 

"heh... What about Sasuke? Isn't he your best friend?" (Y/N) asked and glanced at the male behind him as he opened his fridge and pulled out (F/C/D) *favorite caffeinated drink* as I opened my drink and took a sip of it.   

"Yes he is my best friend but I'm mad at him for hurting you. You didn't deserve what he did. and I honestly could never have guessed Sasuke would do that" Naruto explained as he went to take a seat on a stool by the kitchen counter. 

"Neither did I..." (Y/N) sighed and set his drink on the counter as he pulled a stool up and sat down by Naruto. Both males sat in silence. it was a bit awkward but also comforting. 

"what are you doing today?" Naruto asked trying to lighten up the mood a bit as he smiled. 

"I got to bring in my latest playlist into my manager so she can listen to it, and it will go out to the public and hopefully I can get a live show set up and perform and get out of this house." he sighed and Naruto looked at him more concerned.

"Leave?" the blue-eyed blonde asked, tilting his head confused at (E/C) (H/C). (Y/N) nods. "I can't stand being in this house with all the memories of him being here with me, and imagining what he did when I wasn't home" (Y/N) growled and looked down. Naruto placed his hand on the shoulder of the male. 

"If you want you can come live with me? I have a spare room you can stay in, and I can clean out my storage room so it can be your office?" Naruto asked pleading a bit. 

"If all goes well with my manager and I make my big debut I will be able to buy a nice house. nicer than this one" (Y/N) as he lifts his head and looked at Naruto sadly. "I'm sorry Naruto I just can't be here because of the memories and the pain."

"Don't apologize I understand. I would do the same thing if I was in your shoes. But again please just think about my offer...ok?" Naruto pleaded, giving (Y/N) his puppy eyes. 

"Ok, I'll think about it... But I make no promises." (Y/N) sighed, and nods. Naruto smiled and hugged the (H/C) (H/L) male "that's all I ask" he nods and hugs the blonde back. 

"I will think about it. Thank you for caring Naruto" (Y/N) said smiling softly at him. Naruto looked at him and smiled. Happy he could put a smile on (Y/N) face even if just a small one. 

"Mind if I come with you to meet with your manager? I don't have work today" Naruto asked as his blue orbs never left (Y/N) (E/C) orb. 

"Of course. I would appreciate the company" (Y/N) said smiling and nods. He then let go of the blonde male and walked towards the stairs and up to his office. to see if the disk was done downloading. He entered and saw his computer screen was off as he grasped his mouse and gave it a small wiggle as his screen turned on and showed that the songs have been downloaded on to the disk. 

(Y/N) smiled as he pushed the eject button and grabbed the disked once it popped out. He then went to put it in an empty CD case before walking back downstairs and saw Naruto drinking his (F/D). 

"Naruto?!" he called looking at the blonde male. Cocking an eyebrow at him. Naruto had froze when he heard (Y/N) as he looked at him and chuckled smiling. 

"yes?" He asked hesitantly as he looked away avoiding eye contact. "ready to go?" Naruto asked nervously. (Y/N) nods as he got his shoes on "how much of my drink did you drink?" 

"just a small sip." Naruto walked over to him and hands him his drink before he went to put his shoes on. 

"Let's go" (Y/N) said to Naruto before he grabbed his keys and walked out shutting the door and locked the door behind them. They both walked towards Naruto's car, Naruto opened the passenger door for (Y/N) letting the male get in. "why thank you Naruto?" (Y/N) said smiling as he got in. 

"your welcome" Naruto smirked and shut the door before going to the driver's side and got in starting the car before driving off.
