Noël Arnett
Corrupt judge; took money from guilty people to pledge them innocent, and has ruined the lives of thousands of people.
Ashe
Hitman and assassin; one could hire him to kill anyone. Has killed 326 people.
Asta Cranford
Murdered the family of the driver of the car that got his mother into an accident.
Isabella Novak
Worked as a nurse in a hospital and killed 22 people like that, either letting them die or adding something to kill them.

Worked in a daycare, and once fed the children the meat of the body of another caretaker she killed.
