Would kill you if you either came too close to him or you touched him. Or you used sarcasm with him.
Emi Oliver
Would kill you if you came too close to Ashe.
Paige Court
Would only kill you if you attacked someone of Faction One.

FACTION TWO
Beau Lynch
Would kill you if you formed a threat.
Noël Arnett
Would kill you if you're being a hindrance to him, his plans or his Faction.
Ashe
Isn't really able to kill anyone at this point due to physical damage. However, if he could, he would kill you if you formed a threat to him, Emi or Faction Two.
Isabelle Novak
Would kill you, while making it seem like an accident, if she's sure you are a threat.
Asta Cranford
Wouldn't kill you. He'd rather die than ever killing someone again.

Allen Rosario
Could kill you without a really valid reason.
Laurent Clemons
Avoids killing, prefers to negotiate. If negotiations fail OR there's no other choice but to kill, he will kill you.
Nova Moonlight
Will kill you if you form a threat to Faction Three.
Amy Hyde
Wouldn't kill. She was never a murderer to begin with, and doesn't have it in her to kill someone.
