Chapter 1🐒

Arthur POV
'Honestly when I imagined moving back home to spend time with my little sister I never would have guessed that i would be moving to Forks, Washington with my sister so we could live with our "Dad" and give mom and Phil some time with each other. I mean I'm not complaining they need it and I haven't seen Charlie in a few years.'

"Hey Arthur hurry up we need to get going" yelled Phil. I walked out of the house and got on my bike and nodded at Phil as to say I'm ready let's go and we headed out to the airport.

We got to the airport and I already checked my bike into the place so it can be transported with us. Now Bella and I are saying goodbye to Renee and Phil and Renee won't stop crying and hugging Bella while me and Phil are looking at them in amusement and sympathy cause it will be awhile till Bella and Renee see each other. Finally our plane gets called and me and Bella say our final goodbyes and get on the plane, as we take our seats and buckle up Bella turns to me and asks "It's going to be ok right? I mean it'll be good to see dad and give mom and Phil their space right?"

I chuckled and said "Bells everything is going to be ok I promise and yes it will be good for Renee and Phil and I can't imagine how excited Charlie with be once he see's you it's been a while now hasn't it?" She nods "Now come on relax everything's going to be ok, I'm here to take care of it if something goes wrong" she nods again and lays her head on my shoulder falling asleep and I started to think about Elijah and the rest of my siblings wondering if Klaus finally let them wake.

The plane landed and I was so caught up in my thoughts about my how my siblings are that I didn't notice we landed until the flight attendant came and woke Bella up and she poked me until I responded. I sheepishly smiled at Bella and we grabbed our bags and headed out to baggage claim to get the rest and we put the bags on a cart so we didn't have to carry all of them. We walked to the front entrance and looked to see if we could find Charlie all while I heard Bella whisper "please don't let it be the cruiser, please don't let it be the cruiser" I nudged her when I saw Charlie leaning against his police cruiser and I pointed at him when Bella saw him she hung her head and sighed. As we walked over Charlie saw us and smiled real big and came over and awkwardly hugged Bella and she returned it, then came over to me and gave me a hand-shake hug.

" How have you guys been? Wow I haven't seen you in forever Bella you got so big? What about you Arthur how have you been?" Charlie bombarded us with questions
"We've been good dad, and yah it's been forever, you still look good" Bella said awkwardly
" I've been good Charlie, how bout we get our stuff in the trunk Bella's pretty tired from our flight"
"Of course come on let me help you."

As we got our stuff in the trunk I sat in front while Bella sat in back looking a little embarrassed. Charlie continued to try and talk to Bella until we sat in silence. As we finally pulled up to the house we got out and helped Bella take her stuff up to her room first while we left my stuff downstairs for now. As we finished putting the last box in her room we went back downstairs so Charlie could show me my room and because the house was only built with 2 rooms and 1 bathroom he redecorated his basement so it could be my room and also gave me my own bathroom too. He was going to give me the attic but it's too small to fit my large stature. As we finished putting the last of my stuff in the room I looked at it and looked to Charlie saying "Thank you Charlie this is really nice of you"

"No problem I'm happy to and besides you may not be my biological son but I will always treat you like my own" He says blushing and rubbing his neck awkwardly. He went back upstairs and I went to unpacking.
As I finished unpacking my last box I heard a truck pull up and Charlie go outside to greet them so I went upstairs to see how Bella was doing and see who was outside. As I came upstairs I saw Bella was coming downstairs, as she hit the 2nd to last step she tripped and I flashed forward and grabbed her before she fell.
"Thanks" Bella said
"No problem clumsy" I said chucking "Now let's go see who's outside" she nodded and followed me outside, as we closed the front door we saw Charlie talking to 2 Native Americans, one was older and in a wheelchair and the other was younger probably his son. Charlie saw us and beckons us over and then he proceeded to introduce us.
"Billy you remember Bella and this is Arthur Renee adopted him when he was around 16 or 17 (Because of his demon powers he can alter his appearance to make him look younger and older but only by 4-5 years after he was turned into a vampire), Bella, Arthur this is Billy black and his son Jacob Black."
"Yah I remember you look good Billy"
"Glad your finally here, Charlie here hasn't shut up about it since you told him you guys were coming"
"Yah keep exaggerating and I'll role you in the mud"
"Not after I ram you in the ankle" and then they go into the streets and start acting like kids. Jacob come over to us while we laugh at our dads
"Hey remember me, we used to make mud pies when we were little" Jacob says
"Yah totally I remember" Bella reply's trying to act like she remembers Charlie and Billy finally come back over and then Charlie pats the truck looking at Bella and says"What do you think" Bella looks confused till Charlie says "This is you homecoming present I just bought it off Billy here" Bella gets excited and says "No way seriously" while hopping into the truck and hitting Jake on the way. I chuckled at her excitement and then looked at Charlie
"What nothing for me" I said with a fake sad look
"Ha yah right you already have a car that's on its way and you have a motorcycle too" Charlie says in a joking tone. We both laugh and then listen to Bella and Jake talk
"So you gotta double pump the clutch but other than that you should be good"
"Thanks... Hey want a ride to school"
"Sorry I go to school on Reservation"
"Oh that sucks would have been nice to at least know one person" and that's when I come into the conversation
"Hey you will I was gonna keep it a secret and surprise you but you look so pitiful right now" chuckles "I got a job offer at the school so I'm going to be the knew gym and History teacher"
"What no way are you kidding"
"Nope guess you get to spend everyday with me whether you like it or not" then she gets out of the car and hugs me really tight while Charlie and Billy are congratulating me on my offer. Finally we head back inside while Billy and Jacob head back to their house. After we eat I walk Bella to her room and tuck her in like I used to before I left and kissed her forehead goodnight and then I turned the lights off and went downstairs saying goodnight to Charlie on my way down to the basement. I got dressed for bed and turned the lights off and set my alarm for 5:45am and went to sleep.

Sorry I haven't updated I got kinda busy with a lot and I'll try my hardest to keep updating my story.
