~~~~Chapter two~~~

(Graces Pov)

I woke up with ice cold water dumped on face by no other than my brother David. Then he screamed in my ear " GET UP U LAZY BUM IT'S TIME TO GET UP!!!" and with my advanced hearing it made me feel like my head was spinning. So I got up and got ready with what I normally wear some baggy clothes I find on my closet. Today was my sixteenth birthday not that it really mattered but today I find my mate.

"You good for nothing daughter get ur a$$ down here or I will go get u with the beating of ur life!!" my mother Karina yelled she looked like a older version of jasmine, so u can tell where she got her beauty.

"Coming Mom"I yelled back and went inhumanly fast down the stairs.

When I was in the kitchen she said "Get ur a$$ to school" so when I was almost out she muttered under her breath " I wonder who is her por mate who will have to deal with that." even though she was fully aware that I would be able to hear her.

I was waiting at the bus stop in front of my house when I see a bueatiful hummer park in the driveway and I knew exactly who it was Connor the son of the alpha and my sisters boyfriend he had black hair he was about 5'9. Then I felt a weird feeling pulling me to the car but I just ignored it then the bus came I got in and siting there waiting for me was Caitlyn saving my seat she was about my height blond and slim. So when I made my way I got triped by one of Conner friends Jace son of the beta he has brown hair and 5'8. Then he said "Watch where ur going loser!!!" he said laughing while I fell on my face.

I just got up and went to sit with Caitlyn when I took my seat " Are u ok" Caitlyn asked scanning me for brushes or scratches " Don't listen to him ok he's just being a jerk"

So then we arrived at school I smelt the best scent in the world and it belonged to my mate then I looked to where the scent was coming only to see a huge group of popular people so I couldn't see who it was but because it was in the popular people I knew that I could never be with that person. So I just kept walking they say that when u look in ur mates eyes that the hole world would stop. I was hoping that I would find the before midnight because that is when I turn into a wolf and I don't want to be in so much pain when I turn I know I will survive but my mate would take a lot of the pain away.

So I was on my way to first period when my sister and her friends with a couple of football players came up to me and the fist one to speak was my sister "Everyone look its the por little ugly rat that I unfortunately have to call my sister, did u find ur mate yet?" she said while laughing about how she was making fun of me "What's wrong no answer, he rejected you didn't he" after she said that I couldnt take it anymore I turned around and walked home so I could talk to Danny it seemed that he was the only one that cared about me.

When I got home I ran to his room that's usually where he is so I opened the door and I was right so he paused the game "What's wrong grace?" he asked.

"It's Jasmine she told me how if I found my mate he would reject me" I said with tears running down my face.

He got up and gave me a hug and kissed my temple "Don't listen to her grace ur better than her ok"

Ok and we just talked for hours until I realized school was over then I heard the doorbell ring and I knew it was Jasmine because she always forgot he keys so I went to open the door only to see Connor and jasmine making out. A soon as my scent hit him he broke the kiss and said "See u tomorrow baby I need to speak to ur sister for a minute ok"

" Why?" she said while shooting me daggers.

" Cause.....I want to make sure she is treating u right and if she is not I will put her in her place" he said even tough I could tell it was a lie but apparently Jasmine belived it.

"Ok baby" she said. While going inside.

(connor pov)

When she was out of view i yanked me out side to his car to make sure no one could hear our conversation. Then i said "How could u be my mate ur so fat and ugly I need a strong Luna not some wimp like u" it killed me to say this but it was true I need someone strong to run my pack.

"B-but aa mmate is supposed to love u and protect u how could u just reject me" she said while crying. It was so hard not to just hug her and kiss her and say I'm sorry. Then she ran out of my car crying into her house.

I ran to my room and waited for everyone to fall asleep at ten'o clock then I wrote a letter to Danny knowing he would be the only one that cared:

DEAR DANNY,

I LEAVING AND NEVER COMING BACK I AM SO SORRY TO DO THIS BUT I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE EVERYONE TEASING ME AND BULLYING ME. AND ON TOP OF THAT MY MATE REJECTING ME. I LOVE YOU GOODBYE.

With that I packed all the money I've save over the years which is about 10,000 and clothes for about ten days I stuffed it in a backpack and ran into the woods. Then when I was far enough I put my stuff down then stepped ten feet away waited for the change so I looked at my phone there was one more minute until the change.
