It's a weird feeling all over your body. It's the first time you see the flowers bloom. The grass is green, and the sky is bright blue. The sunshine hits everything and it wraps you around it's warmth. You get a text message and immediately pick it up in hope it's the person you're thinking about. The heart beats at its fastest. The palm of your hands seem moist all the time. You are alert and ready. The first thought of your morning is about the so beloved person. Defiantly you're feeling different, but for some weird reason you lie to yourself. Everybody tells you that you smile again. It's a lie you say. I don't know what you're all talking about you tell them. Who are you lying to, them or yourself? the brain asks. He's one smart son of a gun! The continuos mornings you wake up continue to be even better. You one day realize what's going on. It's tragic and surprising how impossible it is. How impossible it is for you to let it grow. You start to hold back, you start to smile less, walk normally. You start to climb down the cloud that reached the rainbow. It is hopeless. You realize you can't fight it. That's when you worry. That's when the world tells you how stupid you've been to have fallen again. Because as we all know, it hurts to fall. It doesn't hurt, you tell yourself. I'm happy you say once again. It's quiet funny how I'm worry you reassure.
I'm not the same. This person is different you start to tell yourself. We start questioning, who am to deserve this one person? We start all this madness and torment because... Because... We are scare. And scare we are indeed...
We let go. We hold on tight. We fall... In love.
