The next morning, his mother and father were getting ready.
"Oh! Hi Mom, how are you?" He asked in a sleepy voice.
"We are fine, we are getting ready." His mom told him.
"It would be great if you could join us!" His father said.

Aayan came forward and put his hands on his father's shoulder.
"Dad! I am sorry, I promise next time I'll definitely accompany you guys!"

"Alright son, we'll come back at night, most probably before 11:00, because it's quite a long way." His dad told.
"Ok, dad n Mom bye! See you guys!"
He hugged them and they left.
"Now, I am all alone. Finally now I can better search."
He said to himself.
It was around 7:00 clock. Aayan was in the kitchen making coffee for himself. The wind from the kitchen window was cold but soothing. He was busy doing this when suddenly he heard a Knocking sound. Someone was at the door. The door bell rang.
"Coming!" Aayan answered.
He went there and opened the door. Surprisingly, there was no one. ""Ah! Who's there?" He asked loudly, several times but no voice came except the sound of the cold breeze. He looked here and there. Suddenly, he stepped on something. "What's that?" He thought. He picked it up. It was a crumbled piece of paper but with the same red strip and ink.
"The house behind the woods"
"Regards, your paramour!"
"For, aayan."
It was written with red ink.
Aayan got really puzzled.
"The house behind the woods??."
He was baffled.
He was completely perplexed about this unexplained thing. Suddenly he noticed*footsteps* on the muddy ground.
"Ah!" There were only footsteps for as far as he could see. He went inside and thought a lot.
"I should go to that house. Someone might be waiting for me there." He thought.
"Mom n dad, won't come back before 10, I shall be back soon!" He was ready to go.
He was a little scared, a little excited but was determined to go. He had a mixed feeling. He wore his woolen jacket and went outside. He locked the door behind him and kept his keys in his pocket. "It's too cold!" Aayan followed the footsteps. One by one he stepped on them. After about 15 to 16 minutes, he reached there. The footsteps lead directly to the woods.
