Jeongin
School was nothing special, and it was even more boring than normal. Hyunjin wasn't there, leaving the rest of the group uneasy. No one was talking about anything, seeming to not notice the absence of the laughing stock of the school.
The 8 other boys missed Hyunjin -who hadn't showed up to school in a week- but knew he was probably crying, which made them all sad.
It was finally Saturday, and Jeongin was determined to see Hyunjin. After almost an hour convincing himself not to back out, he left to go to the ChanHyunSung house.
*time skip cause you don't care about him walking*
Jeongin knocked on the door as soon as he was in front of the door, preventing any denial to seep through his mind. The door opened to reveal Jisung, who let the younger in without even questioning why he was there.
Chan walked out of the kitchen with a cup of water in his hand. He looked at Jeongin, slightly surprised, but smiled and waved slightly. The youngest tilted his head up towards the stairs, silently asking to go up. He earned a nod from Chan and walked up to the older boy's room.
The room was mostly quite, besides some heavy breathing on the other side of the door. Anyone would be able to tell Hyunjin had been crying, or was crying now.
Jeongin knocked quietly on the door, hoping to get a reaction out of the older. Hyunjin weekly called out a 'go away Chan', followed by some shuffling around and silence. Hyunjin had obviously tried to make it seem like he wasn't crying, judging by the muffled sounds flowing through the door a minute later.
"It's not Chan," Jeongin whispered. The room went completely silent after that for a minute. Hyunjin was quick to saying 'go away Jeongin' though.
"Please let me in." Jeongin pleaded, leaning his head on the door and sighing lightly.
"I want to see you. I miss you -we all do- so much," Jeongin coaxed. There was slight shuffling before a soft sound of the door unlocking was heard and the door opened just enough to see the older boy's eyes and forehead. Jeongin leaned off the door.
"Can we please talk Jinnie?"
Hyunjin seemed to think for a while, before slowly, really slowly, opening the. door for Jeongin to enter. Immediately after the door closed again, Jeongin grabbed Hyunjin by the arm and hugged the boy tightly, allowing him to cry into his shoulder.
"Jinnie, what have you eaten," he whispered into the taller's ear.
"...n-nothing," was the only response. Jeongin lifted Hyunjin's head and looked him in the face.
"You're eating something, and then we're talking." Jeongin stated firmly, "and if you don't want to cooperate, I'll carry you to the kitchen."
