Taehyung was starting blankly at one spot of his latest painting. The spot which represented the Sun. It wasn't as yellow and blinding as the Sun usually looked like to other people, it was much darker, the shades of orange and red flying all over it-a symbol of fire. In a way, that Taehyung thought, Sun should be really seen.
Why did so many people love it? Why weren't people afraid of it? Maybe they saw the only side of the Sun they wanted to see. They saw it as a bright spot in their lifes, something that can make them feel better. Sunny days represented good weather, nice moments and memories, smiles and laughs. What they didn't see, in Taehyung's opinion, was the bad side of it, the threatening one.
The fact that Sun was shining for them so nicely and giving them those beautiful moments was only because it stayed away and never got closer to them. If it got any closer, just a little bit, the Sun knew it would cost all people's life. So instead of trying to get closer to people and enjoy life together with them, it decided to sacrefice its own happiness.
The Sun always stayed far away, all alone in the deepest darkness of the galaxy. With the company of stars and the planets who never actually spoke to it because they were too afraid. So, why was the Sun threatening? Oh yeah, because one day it could decide to care about itself instead of others and burn them all.
People didn't think about it, not because they weren't aware of it but because they were selfish. So, they kept always wishing for a good weather, for Sun to shine on them, bring them luck and make their days better, just for the sake of their own hapiness even if it meant the Sun would lead a lonely and miserable life.

Taehyung's eyes only moved from that spot when he would cough and today it seemed kept happening every few minutes. It must've been that he caught a cold last night when he was roaming the streets for few hours in the rain. But it didn't matter, it was just a cold and he got it so often he almost got used to it.
There were no many things in Taehyung's life he liked to do, there were almost none actually, but he liked walking in the rain. The sound of it as well as the coldness rain would bring him was soothing.
He felt sad for the rain, it was as lonely as the Sun.
Whenever it would come, people would turn back on it and remember the Sun asking for it to get out and shine on them. There were only few people who liked it, but again, it was mostly because of selfish reasons. They needed it to be a background music for their ears so they could enjoy reading better or spend the whole day sleeping. As much as they would say they loved rain, the truth was they were afraid of constantly feeling its coldness.
But it seemed that Sun could keep its temper while the rain was having a bad one. Rain couldn't really handle the fact that it was lonely and not loved so maybe that's why it would sometimes rain so fiercly causing floods. But again, instead of trying to understand it, people would only blame it.

The changes of weather Taehyung found as very inspirational. He liked expressing their feelings through his paintings, but he was never fully satisfied with any of his paintings.
There was always something missing, he could never speak his heart fully as he wanted to and so he called those failures too.

A loud knock was heard on the door and Taehyung groaned for having to move at all. When he got up he almost fall back on the bed because of the dizziness he felt at that moment. He felt weak. He wasn't sure who it could be, but there was one face that popped up in his head and he sighed.
As he passed through the hall he threw a quick glance on the mirror that was hanged on the wall. If he cared more, he'd actually get afraid of his own reflection. He looked awful. The Nirvana t-shirt and the black jeans he was wearing seemed worn off just like his face was.
He finally made his way to the door when another knock was heard and he lifelessly opened it.

"Oh man, I found this amazing place we could visit. I once mentioned..."An exciting smile was plastered on Jimin's face and he wanted to make his way through to enter Taehyung's apartment. As always, Taehyung never gave him space to finish his sentences and this time he only rolled his eyes after what he just slammed the door leaving Jimin stunned on the other side of it. Before he could move and go back to his bed, Jimin started repeatedly knocking at his door.

"C'mon, why are you always like this? I just wanna stay a little, open the door." He kept knocking and Taehyung found it so irritating that he thought it would be less painful if he would just let him inside.
He quickly opened looking at Jimin as he could shoot him with his eyes.
Jimin was going to say something but stopped scanning the boy before him.

"You look like shit." Jimin said with his mouth wide opened. A sence of worry could be seen in his eyes, but when it came to those things, Taehyung was blind. There was no such thing as worry when it was him to worry about.

"Are you sick? Have you even eaten anything?" Question after question came out of Jimin's mouth and Taehyung was thinking if this boy ever got tired of talking. He ignored him making his way to the bathroom and Jimin slowly closed the door after him. Taeyung got to the sink and looked at his face again. Dark circles were so visible now and his cheeks seemed to be sucked in the bones, not having the brightness and blush they once used to have. He washed his face with the cold water thinking that it could help him just a little and he would be fine. His hands ran through his hair messing it up a little, making it seem a little fresher than it was before all glued because of the pillow.
He slowly got out of the bathroom, pulling his sleeves down with his fingers-something he would always do when he was nervous. He wasn't very happy that someone was in his apartement. He never let anyone inside, not that anyone ever came except Jimin, but this was the first time he actually opened the door for him and let him in.

Jimin was already casually sitting on his bed like it was not the first time. It was like he was there so many times that it was natural for him to feel like at home. Taehyung furrowed his eyebrows at him not saying anything. He felt even dizzier than before and Jimin noticed it. He wanted to ask Taehyung something but Taehyung couldn't hear him.
The last things he rememberd were Jimin jumping from the bed and calling him "Tae". Then it was all black.
