-drink water, drinking 8 ounces of water a day will defiantly help you lose weight water is good for you and detoxes waste.

-cardio, I can't stress how important cardio is, if you don't necessarily go to the gym there's home workouts that are available, download StepsApp in which you burn 400 calories by walking 10,000 steps a day, you will lose two pounds a week.

•jumping jacks
•plank for 30 seconds a day
•dancing for more than 30 minutes while wearing a waist trainer, helps you sweat a lot and burn a good amount.
•ab workouts, normally curl ups do the trick!

-food, eat less to burn more an average human consumes/eats 2,000 calories a day, try not to go over that limit.🥛🥤🥪🧀🥒🥬🥦🍎🍋

•tuna
•boiled eggs
•salmon
•beans
•leafy greens
•apples, oranges and bananas
•chicken breasts, etc
•green tea

-do not and I repeat do not!
⚠️eat food after 10pm
⚠️sneak food for your fridge that's unhealthy

⚠️never be insecure we are all made in different shapes and sizes.

-I followed through this plan and lost 24 lbs in three months my starting weight was 197lbs and I'm now 169lbs my goal weight is 160 pounds wish me luck.🥰

-For dance I normally just do Fitness Marshall workouts he is on YouTube and it's pretty simple and easy!
