after warm ups, y/n sat down by her things while waiting for the instructor to give the plan for the day. jeno looked over at y/n, causing her to roll her eyes. she hated him. why? oh, only because he bullied her all throughout middle school. y/n's thoughts were soon interrupted as the teacher cleared her throat.
"today you will get your groups assigned for the upcoming dance competition. i am assigning the groups, and i expect no complaining. i will also not be allowing any switching so you have to deal with what you get."
throughout the room the teens groaned in a very annoyed manner.
after going through the list of names, there were only two people in the class left without a partner. jeno and y/n.
"jeno, your partner is y/n. you two are the only group of two so i expect a bit more from you. you two are our best dancers." the instructor replied in a serious tone.
y/n rolled her eyes. she really didn't want to be stuck in a group with jeno.
sighing in defeat, she watched jeno as he walked over to her. y/n could already tell this was going to be a long three weeks, so to be prepared, she mentally fastened her seatbelt.

this is the first chapter of 'flower fields!' i hope you enjoyed. there isn't really an update schedule, but i would expect slow updates because school is taking up a lot of time.
