"Aw geez, what am I gonna do for this shitty power point, I don't even know what to do for it" I speak to myself as the sunsets while I'm walking home.
I hear a jingle from Jevil and sigh. I finally got into the woods where I found my home sitting among the trees surrounding it. I open the door to my house and walk in. Luckily mother wasn't in so I ran to my room before she does.
I jump in surprise as Jevil turns into his normal form and he sits on top of my head with scratch marks still evident from this morning.
"really?" I said to him as he jumps down and sits on my bed.
"What's a power point?" he asks....
"what?"
"you heard me, what's a power point? sounds like some cool weapon or special move," he repeated.
"well, a power point is a slide show about a certain topic and a-" I explained to him but he cut me off before I could finish.
"that's boring, BORING!"
"well welcome to the light world my dear friend, the place where everything is boring and anything with a cool name is lame," I said to him as he had a frown on his face.
"So what's this power point about?" He asked, curiosity obviously getting the best of him. He was leaning closer and closer to the edge of the bed waiting for an answer.
"It's about what we like," I said as I caught him before he fell to the floor. I sat him back on the bed but away from the edge so he doesn't fall off again, "what about me, you like me, right? Right?"
"Of course I do, you are my friend after all," He gave a frown but it quickly turned to his usual smile.
"How about we go back to the dark world tomorrow! That might help, it might"
"Yeah, it might, now turn around or go into the closet," He turned around while covering his eyes. I looked through my drawers and found another set of clothes.
I took off the clothes I'm wearing and put on the clothes I took out.
"done, what do you wanna do now?" I asked as I looked behind me to see Jevil slowly uncovering his eyes.
"can we explore this world for a bit? there are many things that I have read in the castle library and want to see!"
"like what?"
"hmmmm.... maybe a parade! a parade!"
"A parade?" Confused by his answer.
"yes, a parade! We had them in the dark world but I heard that the ones in the lightner's world are better, bigger and better!" he said, god where will I be able to find a parade?
Thinking for a couple of moments I decide to sneak out to the town library as Jevil reverted back into a bracelet.
There I logged into the public account and googled some parades or carnivals to find the closest date and location, I found a few that are happening in the next town.
day of the dead, anniversary of the year? pokemon parade, monster carnival and the midnight spectacular of the lunar god. (literally made most of them up XD) I named the different parades happening.
"jingle once for yes and twice for no, ok? so anniversary of the year?"
*jingle jingle*
"pokemon parade?"
*jingle jingle*
"monster carnival?"
*jingle jingle*
"Midnight spectacular of the lunar god?"
*jingle jingle*
"day of the dead?"
*jingle jingle*
"well you're no help, that's all of them"
I looked on the website more and found that a travelling circus would be in town until tomorrow.
"what about a circus?"
*jingle*
Yay, finally we found something. I written down all the times on a bit of paper then logged out of the computer and headed home.
I arrived home and heard mother snoring on the couch, silently I sneaked pass her and hid in my room then Jevil went back to his original form.
" A circus, a circus, we're going to a circus!" he chanted while dancing on my bed.
"Aww, the times for tomorrow are early in the morning and the last one is at midnight, we would have to go to the dark world on Monday cuz we don't have school on Saturday and Sunday, tomorrow is Friday so we would have to go to the midnight one because I don't want to make Miss Alphys suspicious since Kris and Susie are already going to the dark world everyday, it seems," I mumbled to myself, not really paying attention to what I was saying while Jevil sat in front of me to see if I was still there in reality.
"it's fine, at least I wouldn't be stuck in that weak form for long," he spoke to me while jumping up and down on the bed.
I nodded to him and sneaked through the house and found my mothers computer, I looked to make sure she was asleep and logged in then ordered two tickets which were half price since it's the last day.
*le time skip*
"AHHHHHHHH" I sluggishly opened my eyes to find Jevil screaming, holding his head covering his ears as my alarm clock beeped away at him.
I smacked him on the head and down onto the ground while I sat up on the bed.
"what was that for!?" he shouted as he held his head to soothe the pain.
"sorry, I thought you were my alarm clock since you're making so much noise"
Groggily I got up and changed while Jevil covered his face. Once changed Jevil turned into a bracelet and wrapped around my wrist and I went on my way towards school.
I get to the door and open it, about to step out into the chilly autumn breeze, leaves of red orange green, yellow and brown beginning to fall off the trees and onto the path to paint the town like a sunset on a clear sky.
"the hell you doin'!"
