Freezing Deception

Broly and Cooler faced each other, both exchanging murderous glares. The atmosphere was filled with pure tension. The landscape was in shambles. Two mighty powerhouses- the demented Super Saiyan versus the hellish Frost Demon.

Cooler was the one to suddenly go on the offensive, with pure speed he made a lunge at Broly, managing to hit the first strike to his chest. Slightly fazed, Broly retorted with a large roar. It's impact pushed Cooler back slightly. Cooler faintly vanished above Broly and started to analyze his fighting style. As now the Saiyan was the one to fight back. His fighting style is truly a mess. My brother was truly right. Every intent he has is to destroy.

Broly went completely full force as he started to attack with a massacre of explosive ki blasts, his ravenous desire to kill Cooler blossoming at its true colors. The battle slowly made an interlude from it's flashy start to it's climax as the two took it to the skies. Cooler merely escaped the ki blasts, and now predicting that Broly was going to send an energy wave, his calculations proved right. A purple energy shield surrounded Cooler, and with another burst of great speed, he vanished right to the side of the beam, and charging forward ramming straight into Broly. The attack clearly inflicted a great deal of damages as Broly briefly cried out in pain.

"AURGHHHHH!!!"

He slammed to a nearby mountain, in defeat.

Chirai could hear his loud cry of pain. It hurt her too. No... Broly... please stay for me. I beg you! I wished I could do something, but that tyrant you're facing is... too much! But remaining strong, she held in her tears, grasping onto hope that Broly could win. You... you can do this!

As if Broly could hear her thoughts, with a great struggle, he managed to get up, newfound rage and determination fueling him. His green Super Saiyan aura reflected his rage as it lost its flow, crackling wildly and crazily with profound sparkles of yellow lightning, letting out yet another savage roar.

"GRAGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

He teleported to Cooler and grabbed his leg. Descending down back to the landscape at a high speed, he slammed Cooler to the ground, in a fit of his gigantic outburst. He proceeded with a painful and lethal uppercut to his opponent's stomach that sent Cooler up in the air. Finally, he appeared behind the flying Cooler. Flashes of the tyrant murdering his friends etched into his mind- and infuriated by this, he crushed him with his heavy, ki lanced fists, deep into the ground, apparently decimating him.

Cooler had felt nothing but pain in the intense ordeal Broly had put himself to. But it was all in the sake of analyzing him. So he grows in power due to rage, but it's dying out slowly.
With some quick thinking, Cooler swiftly used a fast variant of Instant Transmission.

Broly was completely overwhelmed by his rage that he didn't notice the tyrant had vanished behind him. And with a swipe of his hand, a razor sharp energy blade thrust out. Broly, having used up most of his energy was suddenly hit, as he cascaded down and back to the floor.

By now, Broly's eruption faded quickly as it came. Slowly, he reverted back to his base form, though his mind could think clearly once again. He gradually arose again.

"I may not have as much power as before, but you'll NEVER be able to take my will away!"

Broly slowly started to focus his power once again, not letting thoughts invigorate his primal instincts. Slowly, a golden aura appeared around him, but he didn't bulk up, neither did he let out a primal roar or any of the kind. His hair corresponded to the color of his aura- gold, and his eyes turned to a hue of light green.

He was a controlled and regular Super Saiyan.

Cooler started to fire homing death slicers fabricating from his hands, but with the speed boost his regular Super Saiyan form gave him, Broly skyrocketed up in the air- and then countered all of the death slicers with a green energy blast of his own.
