I didn't need my mum to wake me up today I was just happy to go to school today maybe because I have a friend or I have a teacher to stare at all day. After my shower I went ahead and wore a simple outfit.
Satisfied with what am seeing I carried my backpack and went downstairs
"Wow someone is up early" my mum said looking surprised
"Good morning to you mum" I replied her not ready to enter an argument with her
"If you think dressing up early will make me give you the keys to your car then your mistaken" she said as she stood up from the stool in the kitchen
" Well sorry to disappoint but someone is taking me I said as I took a bite of the toast..
"Is it your new friend?" she asked giving me the I don't trust you look
"Yes ma, and her name is Elizabeth" I said as I heard Beth honking
"I hope you did your homework"
She asked as she dropped a hundred dollar bill for me
" Yes I did and I guess I'm becoming a good daughter" I said waving the hundreds dollar bill
" Whatever, I'll be home late so the money is for your dinner" she said climbing up the stairs
" Love you mum" I said as I left the house
Walking outside I see Lizzy smiling
" I guess manners are really hard for people like you so I'll be a good friend and teach you some, Good morning Lizzy" I said as I entered the care and shut the door
With her contagious laughter she said" good morning to you too Vera and I missed you too for your information"
Being with Elizabeth was fun at least I know that she's nice and so open minded and it makes it easy for our friendship
"Soo about Mr Carter" before she could finish what she was saying I laughed so hard
" Well Beth I don't know yet but I'm hoping he wouldn't be that old I mean he looks like twenty three and duhhh I'm almost eighteen so I guess I should start my tactics" I said as I came down from the car.
Going to school was one thing I hated so much but luckily for me I had Ap English
"We are going to be late for English" Lizzy said as she stopped in front of my locker
" I know ma'am" I said as I shut my locker and we started going. Entering the class was wonderful and knowing I have a crush on Mr Carter was the best
"Okay settle down I'm sure you all had a wonderful night" Mr Carter said as he entered the classroom
As I was about to bring out my book I received a text from Lizzy
Contemplating on reading it I decided to just get it over with and read what's the worst that could happen
"Hottie is in class"
Smiling stupidly I decided to text her back before I noticed a tall figure in front of me
"I'm glad you decided to let go of your phone for the rest of the day V" Mr Carter said taking the phone from me
If I wasn't trying to get on his good side I might as well talk back but I decided to let go. Maybe him taking my phone might be a start of something.
