"Nooooo." Niyla said playfully.

She was playing in my hair a little to hard.

We were currently in a hospital waiting for her rape kit.

Me and her have gotten supper close over these few days.

I know she dated my best friends brother but I can't help it.

She told me it was over between them anyways.

Then a nurse came in.

"Okay, Niyalani I have a few questions for you."

"Okay."

"What do you remember from that day?"

"I was going to a surprise party."

"Did you go alone?"

"No. I was with Gabe."

"Who else was around."

"When we got there, there was a bunch of guys."

"Did you know of them?"

"No."

"After that I don't remember."

"Who do you think could've raped you?"

"Umm, I know for sure that the guys beat me. I don't know who it could've been."

"Well after looking at the kit. He somehow can not find dna to tell who could have raped you."

"Oh."

"You don't seem all they upset. Why."

"Oh I am. I guess I'm  not doing a good job of showing it."

"Ok well I'll tell the detective what you said and leave y'all alone."

Then she walked out.

"Niyla, I know you know who raped you."

"How do you know."

"You can't fool me."

"I mean how would you know? I don't know who it is."

"Niyalani, cut the bs just tell me who it is."

Just then a nigga with curly hair came in.

"Who are you?" I asked while getting up.

He was much taller then me.

"I'm her brother. Let me talk to her."

"Ok, talk."

"Alone."

I don't trust this nigga.

"Taylon, go outside let me talk to him."

"Ok shorty."

As soon as I walked out I put my ear to the door.

"Are you got snitch on me."

"I could never. But I gotta ask why? How could you?"

"It was mom. She said if I didn't she would kill you. I didn't want you to die."

"You couldn't pretend that you did it?"

"I couldn't. If I didn't the goons would kill us both."
