It's already been a month and there's still no sign of Tom.

"Paul you said this would take a month and it's been a month," I say.

"Sir we've checked everywhere... We can't find him," Paul says.

"FUCK IT! I'm taking things into my own hands since you dumbasses can't figure it out yourselves,"

I get up and walk out of my office.

Tom Pov:

"Why are you still hanging out with me?" I ask.

"Because I'm bored," Quin says.

"You're not a very hard working leader,"

"I told you before, my soldiers are busy with their own things. It's not that I'm lazy, I just have a lot of spare time at the moment,"

"Well why not just jerk off to cartoon porn like Tord does when he's bored instead of screwing around with me- wait that sounded wrong,"

Quin laughs.

"You're such a weird guy," Quin says and playfully hits my shoulder.

"And you're a asshole," I say.

"Ouch,"

"Don't act like you haven't been called that before,"

"Maybe a few times, but it's different from you,"

"How exactly?"

"Because you're cute,"

"And you're a army leader that could probably kill me in a second, but that doesn't make me feel you're anything more different than Tord,"

"Well you were scared at first,"

"Because I was unsure of how you were, but when you started hanging around me like some stupid fruit fly I really knew you were juuuust like Tord,"

I hear a quiet beep but ignore it.

It's probably some machine nearby.

"You talk about Red Leader like he's a close friend,"

"You kidding me?! We've never been friends! He's a fucking dick! I hate him!"

I hear a another quiet beep but I ignore it again.

"Well he won't be getting you back any time soon, so you can call him what ever you like here,"

I hear Quin put something into his pocket.

"Good,"

Tord Pov:

I look closely at a digital map of where the White Base used to be.

They left immediately after they attacked which means the soldiers that came here had to rush to get to their base before we can follow them.

That means their base can't be too far away from my base otherwise they would've been in sight for much longer than the time they fully retreated.

"Hm..." I hum in concentration.

Someone knocks at my door and asks, "Permission to enter?"

"Granted," I say without tearing my gaze from the screen.

The door opens and closes and I hear Paul's voice ask, "Permission to speak freely Sir?"

"Sure what ever," I say.

"Why do you want to find Tom so bad? I know you have a crush on him, but I think you're getting too fixated on this," Paul says.

"Fuck you," I show my middle finger without looking away.
