Time skip to 6 years later at this time max and mike broke up because they were going to different colleges and didn't try a long distance relationship.So they were both done with college and max was a waitress at a famous restaurant in L.A and mike was working at an in and out near the restaurant max worked at but the two never knew they were so near each other.But one day max was smoking on her break near the in and out dumpster where mike was taking out the trash.
Mike POV
I was just taking out the trash when I found a familiar redhead smoking a cigarette near the dumpster so I went to explore "hey" I said "hey" she replies "do I know you?you look familiar" I ask " I'm max Mayfield ring a bell"she says clearly annoyed 😠 at that moment I remember that's max Mayfield my high school sweetheart. " yeah it does we dated in high school I'm mike Wheeler"I reply "oh yeah hey" she says then keeps on smoking "that's all you have to say" I say annoyed 😠 "yeah I guess what do you want"she says " idk" I reply angry

Finally I ask " are you dating anyone right now ?" "No why" she says.
